Based on the above inputs, system will calculate the demand as per field requirement . Accordingly the Agriculture department will allocate inputs to desired societies/Retailers . Allocation can be checked from any Lokvani Kendra
On sale of agriculture input ,Society/Retailer has to update sale detail on portal.above activities can be tracked/Monitored at various levels.
Farmer has to provide information as per the prescribed format in self declaration mode :- Personal Information ,contact details and Land Holding details Preferred location(Society/Retailer) for purchase of Agricultural inputs Crop wise sown area and type of fertilizer requirement KCC and Saving Account details Irrigation facilities

Soil sample will be tested with the help of soil kit and enter the test results will be entered on the web form. Software will generate soil health
card and recommendation of fertilizers for specified crops .

After successful registration system will generate unique KISAN CODE.
After appraisal, bank will sanction the loan /Credit Card and inform the applicant accordingly .
Assessment of technical /financial feasibility, project risk ,borrowers capability, security norms ,repayment schedule etc.
Concerned Bank coordinator will undertake preliminary scrutiny, check the entries ,verify the details and update the status -Application Accepted , Application Rejected (with Reason) Status communicated to applicant via SMS and same can be check on portal .

Advantages Of Proposed System
Banks and insurance companies can use this database, enabling
more rapid loan payments(KCC) to farmers and developing more
personalized insurance packages respectively. In case of natural calamities like floods, droughts etc., relief can be
directly transferred into the farmer’s Bank a/c as cropped area and
other vital information is already available.
