HomeTown transforms a regular builder-provided shell kitchen into a smart modular kitchen.

Mrs. Simran Patel had moved into a new apartment and came to HomeTown for an intelligent and hardworking kitchen design. Her kitchen typically stocked the annual requirement of food grains in advance and also used a huge amount of utensils. In her old house, she had already suffered many years of pain from every day bending and pulling out the heavy boxes of stored grains kept in deep cabinets below the platform, also keeping the utensils out on display on shelves was a sore eye.

Thus, there was a need for a stylish kitchen with high storage capacity & convenience to make the cooking, storage & cleaning easy. Briefed budget for the project was Rs.2,50,000. The HomeTown kitchen’s team along with the Design & Build team designed a modular kitchen that can be very well called the “Smart new age kitchen”.

This kitchen has cabinets to suit her specific storage requirenments, with in-built kitchen accessories like hob, chimney etc. The pull-out trolleys & other accessories were well accommodated to give hassle free functionalities.

Wipe / Clean your cabinets with a dry cloth. Don't allow water, chemicals, food spills to set on your cabinets.

Use mild cleaning solutions for cleaning glass shelves / glass shutters.

Don't spray glass cleaner directly onto glass. Spray it on soft cloth, and then wipe the glass.

For stubborn stains, use cloth dampened with mild non – alkaline soap. Use another soft cloth to dry.

Never use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, dishcloth to wipe your cabinet exterior, since it may contain

remnants of grease or detergent.

Ensure all doors & drawers are fully closed before you leave kitchen. Moisture, dust and crawling creatures

can penetrate your cabinets anytime.Don't lean or hang on open doors or drawers fronts.

Periodically, clean all hardware joints and surfaces and the surrounding area with a clean soft cloth.

4HomeTown kitchen team uses 3-C principle to help plan your kitchen. The 3-C principle basically denotes cooking (Hob), cleaning (Sink), cooling (Refrigerator). These are considered to be 3 vertices of a triangle,

where the sum of distances of all three vertices put together should ideally be 20 feet. If its more, then your work area within the kitchen is spread out and if its less, then your work area are too close for comfort.

HomeTown transforms a regular builder-provided shell kitchen into a smart modular kitchen.

Mrs. Simran Patel had moved into a new apartment and came to HomeTown for an intelligent and hardworking kitchen design. Her kitchen typically stocked the annual requirement of food grains in advance and also used a huge amount of utensils. In her old house, she had already suffered many years of pain from every day bending and pulling out the heavy boxes of stored grains kept in deep cabinets below the platform, also keeping the utensils out on display on shelves was a sore eye.

Thus, there was a need for a stylish kitchen with high storage capacity & convenience to make the cooking, storage & cleaning easy. Briefed budget for the project was Rs.2,50,000. The HomeTown kitchen’s team along with the Design & Build team designed a modular kitchen that can be very well called the “Smart new age kitchen”.

This kitchen has cabinets to suit her specific storage requirenments, with in-built kitchen accessories like hob, chimney etc. The pull-out trolleys & other accessories were well accommodated to give hassle free functionalities.
