4 Easy to assemble SmartPack uses a unique cabinet construction system. It is totally screwless and uses an expanding cam and dowel system. The adjustable legs are fitted using an expanding rivet system with clip on kickboard. All pieces are labelled so the included instructions are easy to follow. This makes it quick and easy to assemble.
4 Plus the Best Quality and a 7 Year GuaranteeSmartPacks are made from the best quality materials. All the cabinets or units are made from Highly Moisture Resistant board – backs are 16mm, not masonite. We use BLUM METABOX drawers with solid bottoms and HETTICH clip on hinges (both with lifetime limited guarantees).

SMARTVENEER is a restructured veneer finished in a clear satin (30% gloss) UV lacquer. Restructured veneer is made from real veneers but is characterised by the uniformity and evenness in colour and texture, while still offering the warmth and beauty of timber. The restructured veneer is impregnated with UV inhibitors and the UV Clear coating has very low yellowing properties, resulting in a product that will maintain its original colour much longer than natural timbers with polyurethane coatings.

Add on a laundry to match the kitchen using the standard SmartPack system or just purchase a high gloss laundry cabinet and tub. Under bench laundry baskets and fold up ironing centres are available.We can even supply small sized tubs and bowls to fit any available space. Laundries can be built into a kitchen situation by using fold away pocket doors or full height bifold doors. Nothing is too difficult with SmartPack solutions.

Home Office SmartPack is easy to install in any existing space
Like all the SmarkPack products the Home Office SmartPack system is designed for the average do-it-yourself person. SmartPack uses a unique construction system that is totally screwless. All Home Office cabinets are made with woodgrain melamine throughout and use high quality hardware components. All holes are predrilled with easy to follow assembly instructions included.
The benchtops are rolled edge high pressure laminate and are cut and joined to suit the room layout. Custom coloured benchtops can be made on request (3-4 weeks). Optional inset doors for bookcase or wall bookcase in custom colours can be made on request.
The new SmarkPack Tiltaway bed comes in Single, Double, Queen and King size beds and can be incorporated in the Home Office to convert any Study into a Bedroom or a Bedroom into a Study.

DESIGN YOUR OWN SmartPackGo to www.smartpackkit.com.au and download the Design Your Own SmartPack (DYOS) file. Install the program on your desktop and follow the 6 easy steps outlined below, to design, select, price and order your kitchen SmartPack .
1.Open a new design and enter size of room and size and position of windows and doors 2. Select Floor ,Tall, Wall and Appliances and drag them into the room , Rotate the cabinets and then place them into the required position. Overlap the cabinets and they will align themselves.
3. Select the Benchtop, Cabinet Door, Handle and Kickboard selections
4. Select List from the Toolbar to preview the list of selected cabinets and finishes chosen. 5. Select Print to preview and print the kitchen design , benchtop layout, cabinet list, selection and filler and panel list.

3. Select the Benchtop, Cabinet Door, Handle and Kickboard finish.2. Position cabinet close to adjacent cabinet and it will align itself. The space available to the left and right of the cabinet is given in lower right corner of application.
