Adagio Health receives public funds and grants service
contracts to 18 healthcare agencies that provide family planning services to low-in-
come individuals in Allegheny, Beaver, Armstrong, Butler,
Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Indiana, Jef-ferson, Lawrence, McKean,
Mercer, Potter, Venango, Warren, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties.
Adagio Health seeks additional not-for-profit healthcare pro-viders in the aforementioned
counties that have the capacity to offer reproductive health
services such as general physical exams, screening for
STI/HIV, cervical, breast, and testicular cancers, and
can manage patients on FDA approved methods of birth
control including natural family planning.
New providers that wish to be considered for a service
contract with Adagio Health should submit letters of inter-
est describing their current practice and their ability to
serve low income patients. Of particular interest are provid-ers that have family planning/
reproductive health experience in offering medical services to limited English speaking popu-
lations, and/or males. Adagio Health’s ability to
grant new service contracts is contingent upon the amount of funding it receives for the fiscal year starting July 2017. Letters of interest should be submitted
