Kitt i tas County Roping Club
Coming up is one of the largest fundraisers and events for the Kittitas County Roping Club, The Ellensburg 5-Header. The 5-Header this year is going to be on May 3 & 4, 2014. This is a great event that will host a Calf Roping, Steer roping, Breakaway Roping and Barrel Race over the weekend, as well as the cowboy Cal-cutta auction Saturday night the 3rd at the Gold Buckle Club.
Entry forms have been sent out for the invitational calf roping and we look forward to another good turnout this year of about 20 cowboys competing for the prestigious 5-Header Title that will come out of this weekend! We are excited as a club this year to welcome the WPRA breakaway for the ladies side. With the WPRA we will also be welcoming a vault denim vendor the throughout the weekend at the 5-header.
This event also takes a lot of work from many members of our club. This is a great opportunity to earn your work events for the 2014 year, please sign up if you are available! It sure makes for a smoother weekend.
