Maintenance of Boiler

※ Receive regular inspection by once or twice a year※ clean the boiler as example as used to brush

Remove sludge andmoisture in oil tank

Change a filter by onceor twice a year

Wipe out plumbling by steel brush

※ Caution : Clean the boiler when stop completely!!!

● 보일러 가동중에 에어벤트에서 물이 일부 토출될 수

있으니 바닥 까지 호스를 연결해 주세요.

(이때 에어가 원활히 빠질지 있어야 합니다.)

● 보일러 안전변에 드레인을 바닥 하수관까지 호스를

이용하여 연결해 주세요.

Secure space for maintenance

Secure at least 60cm from the wall and 60cm from the ceiling respec tively

Connect a drain -hose and the outlet of safty valveConnect a drain -hose and the outlet of air vent

Identify drain in boiler

Installate horizontality a boiler

Do not fill up the hole where is situated the bottom

※주의 : 오일탱크를 전자펌프보다 반드시 높게 설치 하여 주세요.

Installation Method

install the chimney with a slope of 5degree for preventing from back ofcondensed water and rain

○ Installation length of the maximum extension pipe of FE flue is whthin 5m and bending of pipe is less than 3 elbows.

○ The top of chimney must be escape from windzone ,and be not in fluenced by strong wind and rain.

○ The top of chimney keeps away from building and obstracles.

※ If you install the chimney in the windzoneit can make soot , low efficiency imperfect combusion

CAUTION!!!!
