Advantages on the Control side
The new Module loader boasts with the new ABB AC500 automation platform ensuring stability and reliability.
The system has a full self-diagnostic feature that will test all the equipment and sensors when in maintenance mode. In production mode its scans for potential problems and will recommend solutions on the touch panel.
With the new software remote login from anywhere through a network into the plc and system is possible as an optional extra.

Specification
The ModuleLoader is capable of handling 120 000 birds on a 8hr shift (15 000 birds per hr)
With a standard 4 layer module with 3 drawers per layer the total weight, on a standard truck with 24 modules and 50 kg per drawer, will be 14,4 tons
For increased capacity a 5 layer module can be used increasing the tonnage per truck to 18 tons.
