PROTECTION LOUVRESProtection louvres are installed in buildingfronts (in supply and exhaust air openings) asa protection against the direct ingress of rain,birds, bigger insects etc. They are suitablefor all low pressure air-conditioning, heatingand ventilation. They are made of galvanisedsteel or aluminium in numerous standard orspecial dimensions.

SUPPLY AIR/EXHAUST AIRTOWERSAir towers are used for the supply andexhaust of air. Various construction typescan be made of different materials andin different dimensions according to thecustomers request.

OVERPRESSURE DAMPERS

SOUND ATTENUATORSSound attenuators are designed to quietfan and air-conditioning device noises inventilation ducts, and to prevent propagationof noise between rooms.

Sound attenuators DZ-2 and DZ-3:DZ-2sound attenuators eld of application isthe attenuation of fan noise in ventilation andairconditioning installations. They provide veryefcient attenuation in the250 Hz octaveband. K-2 splitters built in these attenuatorsconsist of alternant layers of absorbingmaterial and galvanised steel sheetmembranes.

DZ-3 sound attenuators eld of applicationcomprises attenuation of industrial machinerynoises and special applications inairconditioning systems. They provide veryefcient attenuation in the 500 to4000 Hzfrequency range. K-3 splitters built in theseattenuators have their entire surface made ofabsorbing material.

Round sound attenuators ODZ-1ODZ-1round sound attenuators are appliedin ventilation and air-conditioning systems forattenuation of fan noises. They are suitablefor installation in either inlet or outlet pipesof axial fans, in inlet pipes of radial fans, orinstallation in circular cross-section ducts.

VENTILATING GRILLESVentilating grilles are designed for all types of low-pressure- air-conditioning-, heating- andventilation systems with built in air ow- andthrow distance control as well as regulation of discharge angle. They can be used for both,

supply air and exhaust air applications.The inlet angle of grilles with thermostatregulation is automatically adjusted accordingto the selected temperature mode forsupplied air. This way, the direction of thesupplied air is dynamically adjusted whichincreases the living comfort.

SWIRL DIFFUSERSApplication:Swirl diffusers are designed for air-conditioning of room with oor to ceiling heights from 2,6 to 4m and temperaturedifference between supply and room air

of +10K to -10K. Due to the rotary swirlingmotion of the air discharge, induction of room air occurs very quickly. Swirl diffusersare suitable both for comfort as well asindustrial airconditioning.

Description:Swirl diffusers consist of plenum box made of galvanised sheet steel and diffuser face.Diffuser face is made of sheet steel powderpainted in RAL 9010 or any RAL colour uponcustomers request.

OD-8TRAccording to the temperature prole,OD-8/TRautomatically adjusts the inlet air ow. Theswirl effect is used in the cooling mode, whilethe vertical air owis in effect during heating.During transition periods, the diffuserautomatically adjusts the optimum dischargeangle which contributes to increased comfortlevel in the room.

VARIABLE SWIRL DIFFUSERSApplication:Variable diffusers are designed for rooms withchanging thermal loads which requiredifferent conditioning (heating, cooling). Theyare suitable for rooms with oor to ceiling height of up to 10 m and recommendedtemperature difference between supplyand room air +10K and -10K. Requiredconditioning is achieved by the means ofmanual or power driven blades adjusting.Variable diffusers are suitable for bothcomfort and industrial conditioning.

Description:Variable diffusers consist of plenum boxmade of galvanised sheet steel and diffuser.Diffusers are made of sheet steel or sheetaluminium (OD-11) and powder painted inRAL 9010 or any RAL colour upon customersrequest.

SLOT DIFFUSERSApplication:Slot diffusers are designed for air supply inrooms with oor to ceiling heights of 2.5 to4 m. They are suitable for supplying eithercold or warm air, in particular in applications

where air conditioning comfort demands arestringent. Due to their high induction rate andrapid decrease of temperature difference,these diffusers are also suitable for variablesystems.

Description:Diffuser face plate is made of anodizedaluminium sections with built-in cylindricaldeectors madeof recycled plastics.Deectors allow continuos adjustment of discharged air direction within the 360range. The diffuser plenum box is made of galvanised sheet steel and has a owratecontrol damper built in its inlet spigot, to allowneadjustment of thedesired airow rate.

PANEL DESIGN SLOTDIFFUSERSA panel design slot diffuser consists of aface plate and a plenum box. AIR DISPLACEMENT UNITSAir displacement units are suitable for bothindustrial and comfort air conditioningapplications. They are suitable for roomscharacterised by high heat loads or heavy airpollution. Air displacement units supply air at

large ow rates (up to 10,000 m 3 /h), at lowair velocities (in the range from 0.1 to 0.3 m/s). The air so supplied forms a so called freshair pool in the occupied zone. Air is lifted inconvection currents from heat sources to theceiling layer, from which it is extracted fromthe room. In this way, even temperature eldis maintained in the room, free of draught.

SUPPLY AIR NOZZLESSupply air nozzles are designed to supplyair into rooms in applications requiring largethrow distances and low noise levels. Theyare suitable for supplying either cold orwarm air. They are made of anodised sheet

aluminium. On request, they can be powderpainted in any of the RAL scale colours. Airsupply nozzles are supplied either as singlecomponents or assembled into blocks, whichconsiderably increase throw distance.

extract elds that ensure reliableextraction of steam while cooking or baking. The individualcassettes separate fat and condensation byharnessing the physical phenomena of inertiaand condensation. The even supply of airprevents draught while creating a favourableclimate.

Description:The cassette system allows optimaladaptability, allowing installation into any typekitchen.The exclusive use of high-quality chrome-nickel steel (CrNi 1.4301) ensures perfecthygiene and stability.The uniform ceiling grid consists of thefollowing components:

- active cassettes for air supply and extraction,- at air supply cassettes for lower air exchange rates,- acoustic cassettes for optimal noisereduction during supply of fresh air,

FLOOR CONVECTORSApplication:Floor convectors are modern heating bodiesdesigned for primary heating, as well as forsecondary heating, combined with otherprimary heating bodies (radiators, oorheating, fan convectors, air conditioningdevices, etc.). They are suitable for the heatingof rooms with large glazing surfaces: carshowrooms, winter gardens, apartments,business, shopping and similar premises. Inaddition to their heating function, their furtherimportant functions are the prevention ofcondensation build-up on glazing, and fending-off inlet of cold air into the room.

Natural Convection Floor Convectors TK/08Natural convection oor convectors principleof operation is natural air convection. They aredesigned for secondary room heating. Theirheating capacities range from 0.09 kW to3,7 kW, depending on the convector size. Theyare distinguished for their silent operation.

Forced Convection Floor Convectors TKV/08TKV/08 oorconvectorsprincipleof operationis forced convection, i.e. natural air circulationis boosted by means of a fan. They are suitableboth for primary and secondary heating ofrooms, in applications requiring higher heatingcapacities. The heating capacity is a functionof the convector size, and ranges from 0.13kW to 10.5 kW.

Floor convector for humid conditions withforced or natural convection TKV-S/08, TK-S/08TKV-S/08, TK-S/08 oor convectors operatewith forced TKV-S/08 or natural TK-S/08

convection. They are particularly suitablefor heating of areas with increased level ofhumidity such as swimming pools or similar. Atthe forced convection version, the low voltage(12V) ventilation fan is installed due to securityreasons. Due to increased level of humidity,condensation collection tray is installed.Heating power range is between 0.13 kW and4.3 kW and depends on convection type andthe size of the convector.

Cooling and Heating Floor Convectors TKHIn summer, the TKH oor convector draws inwarm air from the areas around windows orhot walls, cools it in the heat exchanger, andfeeds it back into the room. This reduces heat

gains due to heat room envelope surfaces.In the cooling process, a part of moisture isextracted from the air; this dehumidicationalso contributes to thermal comfort. TheTKH total cooling capacity range is 0.4 kWto 1.7 kW. In winter, the TKH oor convectoris applied for heating like any other oorconvector: it heats cold air from the windowarea and returns it into the room. The TKHheating capacity range is 0.9 kW to 4.2 kW.

SOFTWARE KLIMA TKThe package allows the selection of a standardheating oorconvector (TK/08, TKV/08 andTKH types) either according to a speciedconvector length or a specied thermalcapacity. Upon the entry of basic parameters,the package lists the corresponding convectortypes with all available accessories. Theconvector type listing is a ready to-use orderingkey. The nal calculation canbe printed, todocument the calculation results along with allinput parameters and technical characteristics.

Application and operationAir heaters are devices used for heating,cooling, ventilation and ltration in variousfacilities such as production halls, workshops,hangars, warehouses, garages and similar

spaces. They function on the principle offorced air circulation over a heat exchanger bymeans of an axial fan.

Models, designs and sizesWe manufacture a wide range of models fortwo-pipe systems:- model for the circulation of (internal)air only,

- model for mixing circulation and external(fresh) air,

- model for external air only,- all models are manufactured in ve sizes: 140, 250, 400, 650 and 1000,- heat exchangers with a 2- and 3-rowwater heater, a 2-row steam heater, a4-row heater/cooler and a 6-row coolerare built in.
