1. Program Objectives


Project Key Objectives:

• Identify Suppliers able to manufacture ready design clothing for men, women, and children.• Collect company info via RFI.• Identify and visit best suppliers to do business with.• Manage all the communication (including quotation collection, organization of sample deliveries,

meetings etc.) and information transfer between suppliers and the client.

3. Telephone Pre-screeningSelection of suppliers to be included in the RFI process by telephone pre-screening based on agreed simple criteria (e.g. capability to make the product, minimum company size, interest in participating)

5.Conduct RFI AdministrationThe RFI is translated to the local languages as relevant, and distributed to the relevant suppliers, with telephone follow-up to push for maximum participation.
