All work will be accomplished within the right of way or acquired easements. DIVERGING DIAMOND INTERCHANGE (DDI) • WHAT: Convert the existing Pleasant Hill Road at I-85 conventional diamond interchange to a Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) and for pedestrian improvements near the bridge. • WHERE: Pleasant Hill Road at I-85 from Venture Parkway to Breckinridge Boulevard • WHEN: Construction begins summer 2012.
