Know your Bandhas Study with Kim Flowers March 25 th & 26 th , 2017 1:30 to 4:30 each day Know your Bandhas and learn the mechanics of breathing. Mula, Julandhara, and Uddiyana Bandhas are the Yogis’ breath training to truly deepen and practice asanas with success. The Bandhas are the “locks” - the mechanisms by which you can direct the flow of Prana (breath). As taught to Kim Flowers by her teachers, Yogi Bajan, Dharma Mittra and Guru Prem Singh.
