Peppermint Princess

The coronation of the peppermint Princess has been a tradition since 1999. She is elected for one year at the opening of the Wippertusfest (festival of the town) in May every year. It must be a maid of the town, who is to represent her hometown at public events in and outside Kölleda. Taking up this position is a big honour.
