About usWe are at home in the world of cats – we offer hand-made cat trees from cat experts and high-quality cat accessories from renowned manufacturers. Profeline cat scratch trees are hand-produced by us, using only carefully selected and environmentally friendly natural products. They are made from solid wood - stable, durable and robust. We deal with cats and their requirements each and every day – and have done so for over 20 years! Through years of experience, we know how to create the perfect cat tree. Quality, design and cat-friendly layout are important to us – we want you and especially your cat to enjoy your Profeline cat tree for a long time. There are few things as diverse, as cat characters. As such each cat would order a different cat tree. But they all long for these three things: real wood, stable and robust assembly – and cosy sleeping and lounging places. We cater for both cats’ and people‘s desire for individuality and have created the Profeline modular cat tree system that you can customise according to your taste, your requirements and your interior design. In order to make the choice easier for you, we offer a huge range of popular complete models. These are also available in a choice of wood finishes and fabric colours. Quality and coloursThe wood: Cathouses and padded platforms are crafted from high quality and flexible birch plywood and impregnated with oil wax. This finish gives the surfaces extensive resistance against moisture, as well as their robust and easy-care qualities.The visible wood grain and the decorative multiplex edges give the furniture an outstandingly stylish appearance. All wood edges are rounded, the surfaces are polished - excellent quality of craftsmanship, as you expect from sophisticated furniture.
The scratch posts: Profeline solid wood and sisal scratch posts have a total diameter of 12.5 cm. The substantial solid wood posts are sourced from sustainable supplies. The natural sisal rope is produced by a local rope maker in Germany. The rope is firmly wound around the post, then fixed with water-soluble glue and placed in a tear-proof groove.Stainless steel M10 connection bolts and screwed sockets guarantee maximum stability. The padded platforms: Depending on the model, you can choose between carpet covers, sisal covers and washable velcro cushions. With velour carpet covering – available in a range of colours The carpet grade employed by us is typically used in heavy-duty office environments. This carpet is particularly durable and easy-care due to its short and dense pile. The loungers are slotted on and can be removed for comfortable vacuum cleaning. Heavy soiling can be removed with carpet foam. And if the worst should happen after all, the platform can be exchanged entirely. The carpet is tested for harmful substances and has been certified with the environmentally safe seal of approval at grade “GUT” .
With sisal covering – available in 2 coloursAstra, who produces high quality carpets for interior spaces, supplies our sisal covers. With its robust characteristics and sophisti-cated appearance, sisal really is setting the trend. The hydroscopic properties (moisture binding) properties of the sisal fibres create a healthy and comfortable climate in your home, as they regulate moisture levels in the room in a natural fashion. Cats scratching horizontally will love these covers. With this many advantages, please note that heavily soiled sisal covers are slightly more difficult to clean. The slotted-in platforms can, however, be replaced at any point.
With velcro cushions – in natural coloursThe velcro cushions are fleecy underneath, allowing them to attach easily to the velcro points on the wooden platform. The are machine-washable and can be placed in the tumble dryer. We supply flat padded velcro cushions for the flat platforms and padded velcro cushions with high sides for the deep platforms. The fluffy Profeline velcro cushions are made from soft snuggle-cotton and they are designed to meet all of your cat‘s requirements. The fabric is heat regulating and the high proportion of cotton prevents any static charge.

Note: The wall intended for the installation must be sufficiently stable to stand up to the weight of the cat tree. Für Bestellungen nach Österreich, Benelux beträgt die Versandkostenpauschale 7,95 EUR. Für Kratzbäume und Kratzbaumteile berechnen wir eine Verpackungspauschale von 19,95 EUR.
Für Bestellungen nach Frankreich, Dänemark, Grossbritannien beträgt die Versandkostenpau-schale 14,95 EUR. Für Kratzbäume und Kratzbaumteile berechnen wir eine Verpackungspauschale von 24,95 EUR. Für Bestellungen nach Italien, Ungarn, Polen beträgt die Versandkostenpauschale 19,95 EUR. Für Kratzbäume und Kratzbaumteile berechnen wir eine Verpackungspauschale von 29,95 EUR.
Schweiz, Lichtenstein ( Mindestbestellwert 100,- EUR ) Für jede Bestellung in die Schweiz berechnen wir eine Versandkostenpauschale von 25,- EUR. Die deutsche Mehrwertsteuer berechnen wir pauschal für Einfuhrzoll, Gebühren und Schweizer Steuern. Es fallen keine Kosten bei der Lieferung an (frei Haus Lieferung).
Lieferservice / Lieferfähigkeit / Lieferzeit Die Verpflichtung zur Lieferung entfällt, wenn wir selbst nicht richtig und rechtzeitig beliefert werden und die fehlende Verfügbarkeit nicht zu vertreten haben. Bei Nichtverfügbarkeit der Ware werden wir Sie umgehend unterrichten und eine eventuelle Vorauszahlung wird unverzüglich erstattet. Revocation policy

If you are either wholly or partly unable to restore the goods received or can restore them only in an impaired condition, you shall have to pay compensation for the value accordingly. The obligation to compensate for impairment of goods and profits derived therefrom only applies, if the benefit or the impairment is due to the use of the product beyond the examination of the characteristics or functionality of the goods.The “examination of the characteristics or functionality of the goods” shall be deemed to be the testing and trial of the relevant goods, as would take place in the course of regular retail business. Goods consignable by parcel shipment may be returned at our risk. You shall bear the regular costs of returning the goods, if the goods delivered correspond to the order placed and the price of the item to be returned does not exceed the amount of 40 Euros, or if the price exceeds 40 Euros and you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed part payment at the time of revocation. In all other events, the return of the goods shall not incur costs to you. Goods not suitable for parcel shipment will be collected from your address. Obligations for payment must be met within 30 days. The term commences for you with the dispatch of the declaration of revocation and of the goods, and for us with its receipt.
End of the revocation policy

Final provisions(1) All legal relationships between the customer and the company Volker Schlecht Merchant of pet supplies and accessories (trade name Profeline) shall be governed solely by the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The principles of the conflict of laws (private international law) and the appli-cation of the United Nations Convention of 11th April 1980 on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is hereby excluded. If the customer is equally the end-consumer of the goods, the place of residence of the customers may apply as the place of jurisdiction, as far as mandatory legal consumer regulations are concerned.
(2) If the customer is a merchant (Kaufmann), Heilbronn is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from or in connection with this business relationship.
