TWISTED FLICKSPlan 9 from Outer SpaceFriday, September 5 • 8 pm $15

Get ready for a Twisted Flicks take on one of the worst films of all time: Plan 9 from Outer Space, directed by Ed Wood. Jet City Improv’s Twisted Flicks is a hilarious live movie re-dubbing experience that merges improv comedy with classic B movies.

Opening Night is a killer evening of indie rock for a cause! Seattle Supergroup FM Collective releases their debut CD at KPC. Education is at the heart of KPC. Our education programs provide low-cost and free arts education programs serving youth, families, and community members of the Eastside.

Education Programs

School Matinees introduce K-12 students to the world of performing arts. Our performances teach students about different art forms, cultures and academic subjects including science,

geography, literature, and languages.

Master classes and In-School Workshops bring music, dance, and theatre classes to local schools.

Future Arts Leaders trains the arts leaders of the future. Through internships and job shadowing, KPC provides experiential education for students to develop 21st Century skills.

Devised Theatre program introduces at-risk high teens to multi-disciplinary art forms to create an original performance based on their personal stories.

Ticket Donation program provides free tickets to School Matinees for students on free/reduced lunch in K-12 schools and free mainstage show tickets to local social service organizations.

Community Workshops provide free opportunities for youth and community members to experience and learn about the performing arts.

Box Office HoursRegular box office hours are Tuesday through Saturday 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm. The Box Office stays open until curtain time on performance days. For Sunday-Monday performances, Box Office hours are 12:00 pm to curtain time. Hours are subject to change seasonally. Tickets may be ordered any time at kpcenter.org.

Service FeesKPC charges a $3.00 Service Fee/ticket. Exception: StoryBook Theater & Imagination Theater - $1.00 Service Fee/ticket. Ticketing fees are capped at $30 per order. Subscription service fees are $15/order. All Sales are Final.

ExchangesFree exchanges are available to subscribers and members. Please allow 48-hour notice; exchanges may not be available for sold-out shows. Non-subscribers and non-members may exchange tickets at a $2.00 per ticket service charge. 48-hour notice is required. Exchanges are subject to ticket availability.

Patron SeatingKPC’s theater was designed so that every seat is the best seat. Our auditorium provides an intimate experience and prime acoustics for every performance. We adhere to a strict no babes in arms policy in compliance with WA fire code. Seating for late patrons will cease 15 minutes after a performance has started and they will be shown to their seats at intermission.

RefundsWe regret that we cannot offer refunds but will be glad to exchange your tickets for another performance or accept your ticket as a tax-deductible donation to Kirkland Performance Center.
