Furniture 32mm System Introduction
32mm System is an industrial standard which has been agreed by furniture and furniture fittings manufacturers. It originates from the center to center spacing of the drill pattern.
1. Hole diameter: Ø5mm
2. Hole spacing: 32mm
3. Distance between center of hole line and front edge of side panel: 37mm
4. Distance between rear hole center line and rear edge of side panel: 37mm

32mm System Basic Rules
1. Hole diameter: Ø5mm
2. Hole spacing: 32mm
3. Distance between center of hole line and front edge of side panel: 37mm
4. Distance between rear hole center line and rear edge of side panel: 37mm
5. The first and last hole in a hole line should be the same distance from the top and bottom edges of side panel
32mm System Advantages
1. Suitable for mass production, improve production effectiveness, reduce cost
2. Improve hole position accuracy, improve furniture quality
3. Furniture fittings interchangeable from different manufacturers
4. Make DIY easier

Drawer Runner Classification
The type of runner is determined by the design of the running elements.
Guide rails: Plastic rails act as gliding surfaces that support the weight of drawers and their contents.
Roller-guided drawer runners: The running elements are rollers. The type of roller varies from friction bearing mounted nylon rollers to ball bearing mounted nylon rollers, ball bearing mounted nylon-coated steel rollers and silent moving rollers.
Ball guided runners: Steel or plastic balls in ball cages are used as the running elements.
Concealed dynamic runners: Rollers in running gear are used as the running elements.

Drawer Runner Classification
Drawer runner terminology
1. Load bearing capacity
The maximum load per runner pair. It’s a function of shape, metal thickness and length. Rated using a 18”(450mm) drawer runner.
2. Drawer runner length
The longest dimension of a fully colosed runner
3. Half extension: runner opens partially, approxiamately ¾ runner length
4. Full extension: runner opens the same length as the runner length
5. Overtravel: provide an extra extension beyond the normal extension of a full extension length
6. Self-closing: drawer automatically closed approximately 50mm out from the front as it is being closed

Package
Retail Packaging
Repon offers retail packaging as required for certain markets. A specialized example of such a pack would be product for the computer server market. A computer server kit, for example, would contain a single pair of slides ( L hand & right hand ) along with a pack of screws, mounting brackets and quick installation. Standard slides, too, can be individually poly bagged along with a packet of screws for retail sales.
Distribution packaging
Repon provides the wholesale distributor with the kind of packaging he requires for his cabinet shop customers. A typical example would be: 15 pairs of drawer slides, each pair in its own polybag, packed together in a strong cardboard master case.
Production Packaging
Repon provides production packs for customers who use drawer slides on a larger scale beyond what could be served by a standard distribution pack. Also called a “factory pack” Repon’s production pack would typically have all right-hand drawer slide member in one large master case and all left-hand members in another large master case. Cabinet members and drawer members are also typically packaged separately. Production packs vary greatly, according to product type and customer’s own factory requirements. In many cases, production packs are custom designed per customers’ individual needs.
Bulk packaging
Repon offers a variety of bulk packaging—including “gayloard” packs—for very high-volume customers. Slides are typically packed more than 300 pieces per crate. These large crates can be made out of wood or super heavy-gauge corrugated cardboard, depending on product weight/type and customer requirements.
