Business Computer Information Science, or BCIS, is a class that teaches students on how to use

computer processing software such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Word. It also

Research is an important part of determining a career choice. You want to know background

information on what you’re going to spend the rest of your life doing. The Internet is an

excellent resource to start with.

When I took the self evaluation quiz, I had career choices from bad breath doctor to a beekeeper. But a Pediatrician interested me the most because I am very interested in medical sciences and I love working with little kids.

A resume is a written document that will help you get the job. It also tells the interviewer your best assets, and what’s

different about yourself from the rest of the applicants that applied. It should include your best characteristics, and anything else about yourself that would benefit your job

position.

Creating Your Own Resume1. Choose from one of the three types of resumes that will help you best:

chronological, functional, or combination.

2. Plan what you’re going to put down on the resume. Include references, and also keep it brief and to the point.
