The kilowatt-hours delivered to the above load centers shall be used to determine the wheeling charge to be paid by East Kentucky pursuant to Section 8 (h) provided that during the period, defined below, kilowatt-hours on which East Ken- tucky pays the wheeling charge for the above load centers in any month shall not be more than 132$ of the kilowatt-hours delivered to the Kentucky Utilities load centers listed on Exhibit G, as amended. Should such deliveries to the load cen- ters during any month of the period, defined below, exceed the said 132'$ as stated, payment shall be limited as though deliveries had remained at the 136 level.
/-4 The period referred to in the preceding paragraph shall begin March 1
and shall continue until such date as the sum of the maximum (undiversified 1 1956, de-
mands of the load centers of Kentucky Utilities listed on Exhibit G, as amended from time to time, shall, within any calendar yesr, amount to 11,730 kw plus the normal increase, as hereinafter defined. The "normal increase" shall be computed by applying seven per cent(@) per year increase to said amount of 11,730 kw for each year after 1954. Said seven per cent shall be applied on a compounded basis.
A load center near Winchester to serve the East Kentucky office will be con- nected to the Kentucky Utilities transmission system. The kilowatt-hours delivered to it and to any other new load center of East Kentucky which may be hereafter con- nected to the transmission lines of Kentucky Utilities (other than a load center re- sulting solely by reason of a division of one of the above listed load centers) will be excluded from the provisions of the 132$ limit stated above.
This Exhibit must be amended to reflect the future addition or removal of Member Cooperative load centers connected to Kentucky Utilities transmission lines in the area of the interconnected transmission system shown on Exhibit A.
