LINK YOUR CARD VIA MEMBERSHIP

You have received an emailfrom noreply@kuario.com withfor example “Membership invitation” as a subject.On the right you can see an example of such an email:

Open your KUARIO app.

If you have not yet installed the KUARIO app, you can download it via Google Play or the App Store and install it by following the steps on your screen. See our manual ‘Create an account’ as well for a detailed description.

Note: When creating your KUARIO account, it’s important to use the email address of your organisation / educational institution.

At the top right in the app you’ll see an envelope with a notification of a new message.

Click on the envelope. You see a notification of a not yet confirmed invitation. Click on the message.

Accept KUARIO Membership With the KUARIO app you can easily top up your balance. You can also link a contactless card to your KUARIO account, i.e. public transport-, school- or company card. Very usefull when you do not have a smartphone at your disposal.

Possibly your school- or company card has already been prepared for you. If this is the case, you have received an email with information and instructions. Please follow the steps as indicated in this manual, so you can quickly use your KUARIO account and linked card.

You will now enter the ‘Memberships’ menu where you will find the invitation under ‘Pending memberships’. Click on the arrow behind the membership.

You will find an overview of the membership invitation.

Note: the data in the screenshot on the right next to ‘Site’ and ‘Name’ are examples. The actual data that you’ll see here, is determined by your organisation / educational institution.

If you agree with the terms & conditions please click ‘Confirm’.

A pop-up in the top of the screen will confirm that the membership is now linked to your account. The membership also appears in the overview under ‘Activememberships’.

Your school-, student- or company card is now linkedto your KUARIO account. This way you’ll be able to access the credit on your KUARIO account without the need of your smartphone.Easy as that!
