Manufacturing Process with Chemical Reaction

Manufacturing Process:

• Hydrochloric Acid is stored in storage tank. Take HCl from storage tank to PVC catalyst Reactor. Take copper metal in the same PVC catalyst reactor.

• In this reactor, it is allowed to pass air (oxygen) through root blower for reaction with

copper scrape. Thus the catalyst is formed (CuCl2). After the completion of catalyst formation, it is taken in a bigger HDPE Reactor.

• Over here, in the reactor, it is further allowed to react with more copper in presence of air

(oxygen).It is allowed to react till it reaches 3 pH where forming of PPT of Copper Oxy Chloride occurs. After that it is treated with calcite powder and brought to 4.0 pH.

• This mass is passing through filter press. Further the material is washed to remove any

water soluble salts. Now this wastewater is taken for treatment in Effluent Treatment Plant & Copper Oxi chloride wet cake is send for drying. After drying, it is further send to pulverizing. After grinding, the technical product is formulated with Soda, Dispersing agent, china clay etc.

• The final product, Copper oxy Chloride 50 % WP is packed in HDPE bags.

1. Domestic effluent@ 1.0 KLPD is discharged through Septic tank/soak pit. 2. Industrial effluent 24.1 KLPD will be treated in Effluent Treatment Plant and finally it

will be discharged to CETP, Vatva for further treatment as well as for final discharge.

Type of Flue Gas Emission:-

There is no boiler, Hot Air generator, TFH in our unit.

We had dismantled existing Hot Air Generator & installed new electric dryer of capacity 2.5 MT x 04 =10 MT

We are using electrical dryer for drying activity.

Type of Process Gas Emission:- There will be no process emission from our proposed manufacturing activity.
