The declutchable gearbox operator is industrial grade solution to maximize high pressure pneumatic actuators for operation. Usage with ball valve and butterfly valve applications are common as well as plug valves; the DGO is designed to be light weigh, compact and universal in design. The bottom of the GTO should be configured with the valve and bracket attached with the actuator. The valve stem coupling component passes through the inner bracket guide through the DGO.

UNINTERRUPTIBLE BATTERY BACKUP SYSTEMS

Valtorc can supply a model UPS9 Uninterruptable Power Supply in a NEMA 4 enclosure for those applications that: require a fail safe valve closure in the event of a power loss. The uninterrupted supply works in conjunction with the actuator to control the valve position on loss of power. A relay control mounted inside of the actuator can be set to automatically close the valve or open the valve once power has been lost.

EFFICIENT, CONSISTENT, TRUSTED ELECTRIC ACTUATION PERFORMANCE

A powerful split phase reversing AC motor drives the EL‐600 to produce breakaway torque from 150 to 600 in‐lbs. DC motors are also available. The design of the VALTORC EL‐600 actuator makes it one of the most cost‐effective units on the market today. And because Valtorc EL‐600 electric actuators are reliable and inherently low maintenance units (compared with pneumatic alternatives), you’ll realize long‐term efficiencies beyond the initial low price. ACTUATOR HEATER AND AUXILIARY LIMIT SWITCHES

The heater and thermostat option is a chassis mount resistance heater which contacts the motor support plate. It is wired into the existing 12‐position terminal block and is recommended in humid environments and those that experience wide temperature swings in order to evaporate any condensation. The thermostat is pre‐set to activate at 90°F, (33°C) and deactivate at 110°F, (44°C). 1. Establish the valve manufacturer’s seating torque (closing) and breakaway torque (opening). Add a 20% safety factor.2. Refer to the spring torque column and select the SPRING END TORQUE that equals or exceeds the required valve torque.3. Determine the available air line pressure to the actuator (e.g. 80 P.S.I.). As a result, either model can handle high‐pressure spraying, chemical injection into high‐pressure lines and applications involving pressures above 225 psi. The 70300 series also allows you to use the standard design, normally rated to 75 psi and 600 RPM, in applications which call for their full element ratings. Model 70700Model 70700If you're faced with pumping extremely high viscosity or semidry materials that won't flow easily through a standard suction port, you'll be interested in the 70700 series of hopper feed progressing cavity pumps. The 70700 replaces the standard suction housing and circular ANSI flanges with a large rectangular hopper with sloped sides to facilitate material movement into the pump. The extra‐large hopper is designed to accommodate extremely thick or dry materials that have a tendency to bridge with other manufacturers' pumps. LED Lighting FixturesCortem Group has designed and manufactured a complete range of lighting equipment and floodlights that use the latest LED technology as a light source. LED technology is, in fact, gradually replacing the artificial lighting sources destined for operating costs, environmental problems and ease of use, to obsolescence. The main advantages of using LEDs in lighting fixtures are: reduced dimensions and lightweight than conventional lighting fixtures of equal power, high efficiency and energy savings, long life (approximately 100,000 hours) with consequent reduction of maintenance costs, resistance to vibration, no UV emission, instant restrike, excellent performance in harsh application and anti‐light , , , , p pp gpollution.

EVLThe new LED lighting fixtures EVL series has been developed with the aim of redefining the concepts of compactness, versatility and ease of installation thanks to the new LED lighting system "COB" (Chip Onboard). This features Multichip LED formed from a matrix of LEDs connected together and covered with a layer of diffused phosphorus. This technology allows to obtain high values of lumen output and the installation at low heights, without the risk of disturbing the operator. The EVL series consists of three lighting fixtures sizes and represents the LED alternative for all those areas in which it was usual to use lighting fixtures with discharge lamps of low and medium power up to 400W. It’s equipped with fins that act as a heat sink allowing a fast and effective dispersion of heat generated by the normal operation of the LED. The electrical connection is easier thanks to a ‘Ex e' terminal housing which allows the entry with a ‘Ex e’ cable gland (no barrier). In addition, an opposed plugged hole permits the through wiring connection.

EWL EWL series lighting fixtures has a body with fins designed in order to obtain the maximum heat dissipation, maintaining a low temperature class (T5 ‐ T100°C). In fact, it acts as a heat sink for the LED plate not permitting the accumulation of dust but allowing a self‐cleaning in case of rain or air movement. EWL lighting fixture has a light beam opening of 120°. Thanks to the “Ex de” protection method, the electrical connection can be made with an increased safety connection box with terminals. It has been designed to replace traditional mercury vapour, metal halide and incandescent lamps for power and the quality of light emitted, thus saving 50% of the energy consumed.

The resistance of this lighting fixture to high (+60°C) and low (‐50°C) temperatures makes it ideal for use in any type of climatic condition. Barrier cable glands for armored cables

FGAB

FGAB series barrier cable glands are used for the direct insertion of armored cables into Ex d boxes. The clamping is made on the armor and on the cable external sheath. Every single conductor is locked and gaskets into the bushing using a special gasket sing mixture which prevents the propagation of flames. FGAB series are supplied with a finishing kit including the resin, the mixing spatula and the gloves.
