10 L GLASS HIGH PRESSURE AUTOCLAVE REACTOR
For The First Time in India, we have developed, Designed and Supplied a Glass High Pressure Stirred Autoclave Reactor for Working Pressures upto 6 Bar G ( 85 PSIG ) and also for Full Vaccum upto 760 mm Hg
for Operating Temperatures from -20°C to +200°C.
Technical Details
The Reactor Assembly consists of a Special
Borosilicate Glass Jacketed Reactor of 10 Litres
Capacity with a Flame Proof Motor, Halar Coated
Stirrer, Magnetic Drive Coupling for Zero
Leakages during Stirring, Halar Coated SS 304
Cover Plate with Accessories like Thermowell,
Liquid Addition Tube with Valve, Gas Sparger Tube
with Valve, Port for Solid Addition, Pressure
Transmitter with Solenoid Pressure Relief Valve to
Open at a Digitally set Pressure, Digital
Temperature Contoller with Sensor, Variable

KVC offer's a Complete Multipurpose Pilot Plant having all Contact Parts in Glass and PTFE for Carrying out various Reactions like Stirring, Addition, Vacuum Distillation, Fractional Distillation,
Dean & Stark Reactions etc. in one compact unit.
The Unit
The Pilot Plant consists of a 20 Litre Glass

PHOTOCHEMICAL REACTOR
Photochemical technology has depended upon the transparency of the fluid
reactants to the radiation employed. KVC Process Systems have sought to
expose extreme depths or thicknesses of fluid to radiation. KVC Process
Systems have utilized processes and apparatus to reflect radiation back
and forth through the fluid reactants to promote complete irradiation
thereof. Agitation or mixing of the reactants via supply of air in the reactors
tends to minimize differences in the length of the flow path of various
portions of fluid reactant This mixing tends to improve the uniformity of
exposure of the fluid reactants to radiation and adds more oxygen from
atmosphere thus acting as a catalyst for the reaction to a high degree of
mixing of the fluid reactants.
KVC Process Systems provides a photochemical reactor which promotes a
high degree of mixing of fluid reactants in the immediate neighborhood of a
radiation source thereby increasing the reaction rate substantially over
reactors known heretofore. KVC provides a photochemical reactor which is
safer and more reliable than those available heretofore due to isolation of
radiation sources from the fluid reactants by an at least translucent
barrier and, in one embodiment, the presence of a moderating fluid
interposed between radiation sources and the reactant fluid.

We Offer for Digital Display “Vacuum Controlling System” along with the Vacuum Pump (Optional) & a vacuum Trap (Optional) for fine controlling of Vacuum in the system.
These Systems are Ideally used in Glass Reactor Systems, Glass Distillation Units, Rotary Evaporators, etc. for accurate attainment of Vacuum in the System.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
• This Instrument is connected in between the
Vacuum Pump and the Glass Reactor unit which is
to be under vacuum. (Via. Vacuum Trap)
• One can set the value for vacuum required & and
the cutoff Point
(E.g.: Vacuum is set at a Value of 750mm Hg, and
the CUTOFF Point say at 740mm Hg - The
Instrument will show the display of the actual
Vacuum attained in the system and when it
reaches 750mm Hg the transmitter will give
signal to the relay to CUT OFF the power supply to
the Vacuum Pump.- so the Vacuum Pumps is shut
off till the vacuum in the system is maintained at
the set Value, Then as soon as the vacuum drops
to 740mm Hg the transmitter again gives signal
to the relay to start the pump)
SALIENT FEATURES:
• Digital Display of the actual Vacuum attained in
the System with an accuracy of 1mm Hg.
• Vacuum Pump remains ideal till the Vacuum in
the System drops to set Value. Power

HOT FLUID CIRCULATION SYSTEM

Technical Specifications
These are of oil-immersed, rotary vane type pumps. The rotor, with two vanes, is mounted accentric in the stator body, as the rotor, rotated the crescent shape valve which prevents back flow of air.
Manufactured from grade material, all moving parts are precisely made and assembled with close tolerances. This results in increased efficiency trouble free operating life.

Air admittance Valve:
It is electromagnetic solenoid type which admits air into the system as soon as the power support prevents back flow of oil to the system.
Air Ballast:
This a vent diaphragm type spring loaded value, which prevents back-flow of oil to the system as stops. These can not be used to hold the vacuum in the system for longer period.
Non Return Valve:
It is rubber diaphragm type spring loaded valve, which prevents back-flow of oil the system as stops. These can not be used to hold the vacuum in the system for longer period.

ANTI CORROSIVE GFPP FLANGES & NUT BOLTS
KVC Process Systems has Developed a Unique type of Flanges made from Special Glass
Filled Poly Propylene Material which is Specially Hardened to give the required strength for
Fitting of Glass Pipes and Fittings using two Flanges with inserts and with GFPP Nut & Bolts.
These Flanges can be Tightened like conventional Metal Flanges for joints suitable for
Vacuum and Pressure applications as permitted in Glass Pipes and Fittings
