Frame

• Headstock designed and tested for heavy applications

• Headstock with “family” look taken from power harrow design

• New frame design; high rotor clearance for better performances in tough conditions

Gearbox and lateral transmission

• Central gearbox up to 160 hp with integrated free wheel as standard

• PTO tractor input can be 540 or 1000rpm; by inverting belt pulleys FXN always keep same rotor rpm

• 5 grooved V-belts combined with automatic belts tensioner always ensure smooth transmission, preventing slippage in toughest working conditions. No any maintenance is required

Rotor

• A strong tube 245x10mm firms the basis. Standard for universal and hammer blades

• Large diameter ensures easy and precise balancing and smooth running without vibrations

• The wide diameter of the rotor (650mm) guarantee an excellence cut with lower power requirement

• 2 rows self adjustable spherical bearings 1212 with grease nipple

• Multi purpose blade for light and medium shredding

• The additional fan blades create a suction effect lifting up the material for a perfect cut

• Fine shredding result especially in combination with counterknife

• Ideal for grass land, maize, cereal stubble, sunflower stalks

• Heavy duty blades suggested for set aside land, branches and pruning

• By special design of the hammer creates suction effect and lifts the material up

• Maximum crashing effect in combination with counterknife and double skin

• The special design of the hammers avoid self-collision with rotor tube

• Third point linkage with oscillating bracket; FXZ chopper always work independently from tractor pulling force

• Heavy construction of the frame; 8-10mm plates and robust welding guarantee long working life

Gearbox and lateral transmission

• Central gearbox up to 260 hp with integrated free wheel as standard

• PTO tractor input at 1000rpm; lateral transmission by 2 pto shaft

• Transmission on each side by 4 grooved V-belts. Easy adjustement of belts tension trough screw

• Easy maintenance with external greasing points

• A strong tube 273x12mm firms the basis. Standard for universal and hammer blades

• Large diameter ensures easy and precise balancing and smooth running without vibrations
