food and beverage needs. Our menu has been customized for you and features
original recipe appetizers, tempting and delicious entrees and the most indulgent
desserts! Accompanying your selections are top name soft drinks, wines and
spirits.
Centerplate specializes in special requests. Please do not hesitate to

Orders should be placed online at www.ezplanit.com at your convenience. A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you. Orders placed after this deadline are ordered from the Event Day Menu.
No food or beverages may be brought into the facility for any purpose.
eVenT daY ordersEvent Day Menu is intended to supplement your advance orders. Event orders may be placed online up to one (1) business day prior to the event or they can be placed with your attendant upon your arrival in your suite. Please be aware that if orders are placed after your arrival at the stadium, the delivery time will be approximately 1 hour.
CanCeLLaTionsAny cancellations made after the ordering deadline will not be accepted.
deLiVerYWe strive to deliver your order to your suite with premium freshness and with the highest quality. Some items may be delivered after you or your guests arrive to ensure freshness. If you have a specific delivery time, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please call Centerplate at 504.558.6260 ext. 6606 to make your delivery arrangements. Due to food safety precautions, we remove unconsumed food after three hours of exposure.

paYmenT inFormaTionPayment for your suite food and beverage may be made using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card or Cash. When placing your order, please provide us with the name of the person(s) who have authority to place additional Event Day orders and who have signing authority. Food and beverage prices will be assessed a service charge of 18%.
personaL suiTe aTTendanT/BarTenderSuite Attendants provide service for several suites. For added service, a personal Suite Attendant can be assigned exclusively to your suite when requested (4) business days prior to service. A charge of $200 will be added to your final summary for this additional service.
GraTuiTYIf you wish to reward a server for exemplary service, you may do so at your discretion. A gratuity may be given to a server in cash or added to the final billon the line provided.
suiTehoLder responsiBiLiTiesThe suiteholder is requested to identify the responsible administrator for thesuite. The administrator will serve as the primary contact for all food andbeverage issues. All communication regarding food and beverage orders willoccur between the administrator and a Centerplate Food and Beveragerepresentative.
serViCe oF aLCohoLTo maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the local laws, we ask that you adhere to the following:
• It is the responsibility of the Suiteholder or their representativeto monitor and control alcoholic consumption in the Suite
• Minors, by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages
• It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to anyone who appearsto be intoxicated

ONlINE ORDERINg INSTRUCTIONSAll orders are placed on our website www.ezplanit.com . Please visit the site to register and set up your user account. You may set it up by clicking on the login button and registering as a new user for the Louisiana Superdome. Once your registration is approved or you have previously set up your account, please follow the steps below to place an order.
1. Logon with your username and password.
2. Click on the “Place Order” link underneath the Saints logo.
3. Select the date of the event and click on the underlined name of the event.
4. Select your suite number.
5. Click on the menu category of choice.
6. Add the menu items you have selected.
7. When you have completed selecting the menu items, click on “Check Out”. You will be able to review your order, make any changes if necessary or make any special notations or requests.
8. Credit Card information will be requested. ALL orders must be paid in advance with a major credit card. A “Card Label” will be requested, please “label” your card the date of the event (09-20-10) to ensure proper billing. Any additional charges incurred during the event will be charged to the credit card provided.
9. Please indicate the name of the person or persons that are authorized to place additional food and beverage orders on event day.
0. Please check the box and agree to the venue’s policies.
q. Click on “Complete Check Out”. At this time you should receive a confirmation order number. If you do not, the order was not processed. When we receive your order and review it, you will receive an email confirmation stating that your order was received. If you do not receive it please contact Carol Hernandez at 504.558.6260 to verify that your order has been received.
