HAVE MY BACK
Game focus: Trust & Dependency in every organization, the strength of that organization depends mostly on how well all staff and
directors have each other’s back and secondly how they trust each other. This exercise was created by the founder of Lacampagne
Tropicana Beach Resort as part of Team Bonding Activity to test for trust and dependency of each team.
HOW TO PLAYThis Game mostly pitch senior staffs against the junior ones
A player is blindfolded with his/her arm crossed on the chest and he/she falls backward trusting his team members to catch him at
any point.
The two members catches him, /her at any of the three points namely
1. High : Chest Level
2. Middle : Waist Level
3. Low : Knee Level
The ‘catcher’ signal to each other to agree on which point they want to catch him/her by showing
• Thumbs Up for High
• Flat Hand for Middle
• Thumbs Down for Low
The instructor then works with the most senior officer in the team to pitch staffs who have had difficulties at one point or another to
ensure strengthening of their dependency and trust as a team.

HOW TO PLAY
Each group is giving 3-4 pipes to make a tunnel with, they then pass a ball (Table-Tennis ball) in
between without dropping; they form the the tunnel by replacing each end of the pipe with a new
one; this is done until they successful pass the ball to the finishing point.

HOW TO PLAY
Two teams face each other in a Defense breaking game; the game is made up of 4 players each
from the team; a supplier, a defender and two shooters.
A table is setup with a plastic castle, and a bag of sachet water is used as an element of breaking
opposition’s castle.

Each team is provided with a map or guideline of a particular area where treasures are hidden,
they are expected to find a certain hidden treasures, which they latter unscrabbled to find a unique
word.

An array of cups are set up on a table, each group fill the cup with water and they blower their ball into
another cup one after the other, the fastest wins this competition.
