A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPOINTING THE ABC ADMINJSTRATOR FOR THE CITY OF LACENTER • BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF1.ACENTER, KENTUCKY: • SECTION l. Pursuant to Section 5 of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Ordinance of the City ofLaCenter (Ordinance No. 2017 - \3\ ), the Honorable Jamie Hack, Mayor of the City of LaCenter, hereby appoints � � lco� as the City ABC Administrator. Bere assuming duties as ABC Administrator, he shall take the oath of office as prescribed in Section 228 of the Constitution and shall execute a bond with a good corporate surety in the penal sum of not less than $1,000, the cost of which shall be paid by the City. This designation will continue until such time as it is expressly revoked by the Commission or by operation of Jaw. SECTION 2. The office of City ABC Administrator shall be a part-time position based upon the needs ofthe City in the administration of the LaCenter ABC Ordinance. Part-time shall constitute at least� hours per workweek. The annual salary of the Office of City ABC Administrator shall be$ 0 SECTION 3.
