Let's do Classic Italy a different way. We begin exploring Venice through Casanova`s eyes and find the roots of Prosecco. Then we head to the capital of Tuscany to sample their delicious food and the real Chianti before we continue to the "Eternal City" and view it from a locals perspective in a Trattoria in the heart of Trastevere. Don`t worry, we won`t leave out DaVinci, Michelangelo and Bernini and if we are lucky we might even get up close to the Pope in the Vatican.
