About The Company:
• LA Storage, LLC (LAS) is a subsidiary of Sempra LNG
• In Southwest Louisiana, Sempra LNG also owns:• Majority interest in the Cameron LNG export facility operating in Hackberry• Compressor stations in Ragley and Sulphur• Cameron Interstate Pipeline (CIP)• LA Storage Pipeline (LASP)

About The LA Storage – Hackberry Project:
• Sempra LNG has owned the LA Storage site since 2006
• Operations currently on site includes weekly pressure monitoring and cavern maintenance
• LAS is proposing to develop this site by constructing & operating a new high deliverability storage facility and associated supporting infrastructure
• New project is similar in scope to a previously permitted and approved project by Sempra in 2008 under CP08-454.

LA Storage Project Amenities

In addition to meeting or exceeding all federal permit requirements, the LA Storage project will incorporate the following project amenities:
• Compressor Station:• Noise level will not exceed 55 decibels (dBA), which is no louder than a
home dishwasher – FERC regulation requirement• Compressors will be completely enclosed to help reduce and minimize
noise during operation• Noise surveys will be conducted before and after construction to verify
compliance with requirements
• Down-lighting will be used to maintain and ensure safety, while minimizing visual impacts
• Fencing around the project for security and safety
• Construction Safety Measures:• Construction will occur mostly during daylight hours• Construction contractors will have safety plans to ensure
local traffic laws are obeyed by workers

• Sempra LNG has an excellent safety record • Operations include three local facilities: − Cameron Interstation Pipeline (CIP)
− Cameron LNG (CLNG)
− LA Storage (LAS) – current operations
• Regular safety audits done by both Sempra and Regulatory Agencies
• Hackberry Project will also be regulated by Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA)• Designed to meet or exceed regulatory requirements
• Well-trained and qualified professional staff
• Pipeline welds will be tested to ensure integrity
• Installation of cathodic protection on pipelines
