Doubling capacityLooking to increase capacity at its100-percent-digital facility in Großenhain, Saxony,the leading online label printer invested inGermany’s first Screen Truepress Jet L350UVdigital label press.

The immediate benefits of the four-colour pluswhite inkjet web Truepress Jet L350UV, suppliedand installed by Dantex, included doublingproduction capacity. “In addition, the TruepressJet delivers everything today’s label buyersexpect from a leading manufacturer —personalisation, fast turnaround, first-class qualityand, combined with our intelligent systems,affordability,” says Managing Director Stefan Harder.

Labelprint24 is part of the Harder groupof companies, which was founded over50 years ago as a general commercial printer firm.In 2009 Harder decided to pursue an all-digitalstrategy focused on the labelling and packagingsectors, launching Labelprint24 a year later as the24-hour web-to-print B2B portal customers use toorder labels. Today Labelprint24 sells its productsto Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland andCzech Republic. Labels represent a significantpart of the group’s turnover and this looks setto grow when Labelprint24 expands into France,Italy, The Netherland and Belgium later this year.Labels range from simple to highly complexproducts incorporating multi-layer informationalbooklets, all of which can be ordered online.
