LabMaster FIBERMAP has been de-veloped to test cotton raw material as well as all intermediate products in the spinning preparation process up to the finisher draw frames. The results can be used for the evaluation of the bale para-meters important for laydown selection. Furthermore, the instrument delivers comprehensive data for process control especially in regard to contamination control and sugar stickiness.

LabMaster YARNMAP is designed to increase yarn testing efficiency tremend-ously in regard to time, space, mainte-nance and operator attendance. All kind of short- and long-staple yarns are tested fully automatically while at the same time preparation products of the spinning mill can be tested simultaneously on a se-cond capacitive sensor.

LabMaster TOP serves as the data sys-tem connecting both instruments to the decision makers desks. All test results are synchronized regularly to make them available for further evaluations by value-added reports which are clear and understandable. LabMaster TOP reports focus on data analysis which is required to deliver con-sistent quality in the spinning mill.

LabMaster FIBERMAP has been de-veloped to test cotton raw material as well as all intermediate products in the spinning preparation process up to the finisher draw frames. The results can be used for the evaluation of the bale para-meters important for laydown selection. Furthermore, the instrument delivers comprehensive data for process control especially in regard to contamination control and sugar stickiness.

LabMaster YARNMAP is designed to increase yarn testing efficiency tremend-ously in regard to time, space, mainte-nance and operator attendance.
