Three phases put all together Loaded, Release, Finish 8

OBJECTIVE:To concentrate and reinforce the upper body shooting motion SET UP & EXECUTION:On one knee (shooting knee down) 5 yards away from goal or netBegin in loaded position (Hold for one count) Violent motion with upper body Push / Pull motion Finishing position

OBJECTIVE:To develop the muscle memory from the loaded position to the finishing positionReinforcing correct shooting motion Set Up & Execution:5 Yards from Tarp/Net Hips square to the tarpShoulders/Chest toward the sidelineHold the ball in a loaded position for 1 secInside hip pulls the outside hipSnap the top hand/pulls bottom hand to the elbowFinish top hand to the opposite pocket Shooting foot finish through the to target

Objective: To develop arm extension and appropriate loaded positioning Shooting over the top Set Up & Execution:Single player or group up to 5 playersA pile of ball on one goal even with the pipeCoach with the pile of balls will toss a ball to player forcing him to extend his arms The player will execute proper footwork receiving the ball while shooting over the goal in front of him to the goal 10 yard away Switch sides to work on off hand
