CS Rentals of Lake Norman is a daughter
company of CS Performance
After successfully establishing their first
company specializing in the maintenance and
sales of used jet skis, owners and brothers Don
and Greg Gooding started renting jet skis on the
side during the summer.

A decade ago they leased docking space and opened CS Rentals at Queen's Landing in Mooresville, NC
Last year when permit issues forced the closing of the floating bar dock at Queen's Landing, the Goodings jumped at the opportunity for better realty and moved to the floating bar dock and expanded their inventory.

CS Rentals is a company located at Lake Norman in North Carolina and is focused on providing a fun and memorable experience for its fun-seeking customers. We rent boats and jet skis at affordable prices.
Trained staff will provide you with sufficient knowledge on safety and usage. Furthermore, we equip you with life jackets and more. Also, if you don't own a boat drivers license, CS Lake Norman Rentals offers you a driver as well, for $25/hour.

Target Market
For rentals that include jet skis the target market
is over the age of 18 (for rental safety purposes)
and under the age of 35.
This target age is for physical safety. Jet skis
require a lot of squatting, sitting, and standing
repetitively. Jet ski rentals will focus a majority
of the efforts on single males who enjoy extreme
sports.
Target Market
Our target market will also include upper middle class-higher class.
Research shows middle-class families are less likely to spend over $100 a week on leisurely activities as a whole
The company as a whole will also target upper middle class families that are visiting the area or are on a prearranged trip due to highly recommending reservations.

CS Rentals has a Facebook page, in which they
occasionally offer coupons
company website with pricing, pictures,
information, and booking technology
They sent coupons for a free 2 hour 90hp
pontoon rental during the week to area codes
located on Lake Norman.
Past Promotions
CS Rental makes rental rate brochures and distributes them regularly to surrounding gas stations, businesses, and rental houses on the lake, as well as give them out at their two locations.
Previously sponsored jet ski races on Lake Norman, but those events no longer exist.
Signs in front of CS Performance that advertise rentals as well as a jet ski on display with a sign, kayak, and paddleboard on it by the road at Queen's Landing.
