Have you ever wished that you had someone to guide you

through your latest diet or to suggest what supplement is just

right for you? At one point or another in our lives, I think we all

have wished that someone would just lay out a step-by-step

plan for us, to whip us into shape and take away any second

guesses we have about getting our health together.

Let’s face it, our current health care system isn’t geared to-

wards helping people with detailed plans after receiving a diag-

nosis. You are lucky to even talk to your Dr. for more than five

minutes most times, never-the-less to receive any guidance

regarding your condition beyond taking your prescribed medi-

cine. Well, rest assured. I have an answer and solution for you. I

would like to introduce you to the concept of Holistic Health

Coaching/Counseling.

Holistic Health Coaches provide their clients with supportive,

one-on-one guidance that allows them to not only face their

health challenges, but also create a plan to obtain and maintain

a healthier lifestyle. Health coaches are trained to see their cli-

ent as whole people- mind, body and spirit: not symptoms. Even

though they do not diagnose or treat illness, they are able to

assist clients who suffer from serious illnesses and conditions to

those who may just want some help eating better.

As a Certified Holistic Health Pracitioner, I offer holistic health

coaching sessions to my clients. These sessions help to address

what I deem as the 5 reasons why anyone should receive holis-

tic health coaching.

1. Retrain the way you think: Through holistic health coaching, I

assist my clients in changing the way they think about their

health and exercise. Negative thoughts and attitudes can inhibit

your health. Clients are taught positive affirmations and health

affirming dialogue to transform their self talk.

2. Establish a connection: A successful client-coach relationship

is the result of the coach establishing and maintaining a bond

with their client that hinges on trust, respect and authenticity.

This connection helps the client to express their desired physi-

cal/emotional needs in an environment that is fostered by hon-

est and open communication.

3. Set attainable goals: The health coach is well equipped to

assist you in taking your vague and/or unrealistic goals and

transform them into easy, measurable, attainable and relevant

goals. We look at your past successes and failures as well as

your current health concerns, and turn them into

goals that are revisited often to ensure that you meet

your desired outcome.

4. Focus on you as a whole person: There is no one

size fits all approach to health and wellness. Focusing

only on the symptoms of a dis-ease is a huge disser-

vice. Through coaching, you are addressed as a whole

being; mind, body and spirit. Your health coach

should understand the emotional, physical, behavior-

al and nutritional factors that influence your life.

Knowing this will better assist them on developing a

detailed plan for you.

5. Establish a new lifestyle: Health coaches will ena-

ble you to see the value in reaching your health relat-

ed goals. They will also ensure that you develop a

connection between exercise and a better diet. I

make it a point as a health coach, to empower my

clients to take ownership of their lives, and to create

a positive, joy filled lifestyle, that is lasting and easy

to maintain.

Holistic Health coaches are committed to providing

you with a supportive environment that will enable

you to achieve all your health goals. By taking a holis-

tic approach to health care, your health coach can

focus on the premise that everything is interconnect-

ed, mind, body and spirit. You know there must be a

different way, a way that will allow you to live a life

full of more vitality, more confidence, and more ener-

gy.... Holistic health coaching

is the way! Schedule a ses-

sion soon, and watch your

life change before your eyes.

Creating A Lifetime Pleasure Practice

by Devi Ward

Well we made it through the 21 Day “Shake Your Soul-Song” Pleasure Pro-gram.

This was the first time that I have done something like this (and shared it with other people), so the experience was a bit of an experiment, to see how effec-tively the methods work to produce transformation in mind, body, spirit, and increase pleasure in all areas of life.

(I would LOVE to hear some of your expe-riences if you would like to share, even include them in my book.)

Now how do we carry the benefits of this program forward into our lives?

Well, based on my own experiences, and some that were shared with me, I have redesigned the “21 Day Pleasure Program” to become a Pleasure Practice for Life.

What I noticed during the 21 days, time and time again, is the fact that these methods; (The 4 Principles of Self-Pleasure) movement, meditation, self-connection & self-pleasure, are powerful medicine.

The methods work deeply (some even on a cellular level), to remove emotional-psychological imprints, obstacles, blocks, and clarify our minds and bodies to receive the pleasure & beauty that is already present in our lives. They work to “empty our vessels” so that we can hold even more pleasure & more joy, until we are overflowing into not just our own lives, but the lives of all whom we en-counter.

(I have really noticed on this trip to Sedona how people react to us with smiles and enthusiasm, and mention how happy and friendly we are. I personally, am enjoying myself so much, I can’t help but radiate that enjoyment back out into life.)

I also noticed that because these methods are medicine, there were some days that my body did not want them, and that to engage the method would be the opposite of pleasure.

I clearly saw that if I kept my focus on what would most meet my needs for pleasure in any given moment, I was easily guided to “right action”.

What I personally found for my Pleasure Practice was

that:

1) 4 days a week of Sacred Erotic Dance really met my needs for consistency, practice, fitness, fun, health, and growth.

I personally noticed my hips opening even more, and all kinds of interesting lower body symptoms as emotional & physical toxins purified from my pelvic & genital region.

2) I enjoyed doing the meditation almost every day.

I noticed a distinct increase in clarity of mind and focus (I wrote a 24 chapter book in 3 weeks!), and I have more and more aware-ness of the simple sensory pleasures in life.

3) There were times when doing the pleasure journal, I really just wanted to write about what met my needs for pleasure that day, and in my life in general, and express gratitude for the many blessings in my life. I didn’t always want to follow the “format”, sometimes I wanted to just be present and flow with what want-ed to be voiced from inside me. I actually found it a much fuller experience if I allowed that expression, instead of forcing myself to remain “on task”

4) My orgasms continue to grow and change, and I am really looking forward to having more personal time and space to explore those more deeply.

I also heard from other women that they felt like doing the pro-gram everyday was “too much”, and so they found their own way to a balance of practice that worked for them.

And so, the newly revised framework for your Lifetime Pleasure Practice that has resulted from this little experiment of ours is as follows;

Lifetime Pleasure Practice using the 4 Principles of Self-Pleasure~Movement, Meditation, Self-Connection, Self-Stimulation/Self-Pleasure

Movement~ Practicing The 5 Core Pelvic Movements generally no less than 3 times a week, no more than 5. Also, if you have the DVD, once you are familiar with the movement, please turn off the sound and put on your own music to dance! The right music makes the body yearn to move and dance, so please be creative.

Also, even though you may get bored with the 5 core pelvic movements after doing it over & over again, I encourage you to continue doing them, and just add & explore your own sensual creativity. The 5 Core Pelvic Movements are your foundation, kind of like your Barre exercises in ballet. Once you have a solid foundation you can add and build upon it to your hearts content. AND, I have been doing the movements since 2005, and I still find areas in my pelvic that are tight, obstructed, and could be freer.

Selection 1 Mauve, Black and Gold! What a sexy color combination! Mauve looks good against almost any skin tone, especially in the spring and summer months when your skin is glowing and glistening under the sun! Sequins make any outfit POP and allow for easy transitioning from day to night. A nice pair of black shorts is a MUST for every woman's wardrobe. The gold plated detail on the back of these stilettos are a very hot trend this season! Who doesn't love a YSL bag?! Grab your shades, and don't forget your nude lipstick and mascara. You'll need extra long lashes for all the winks you'll be dishing out!

Selection 2 Honey, if you don't own a pair of figure flattering white pants yet - it's time to get with the program! White pants can be paired with almost anything, but I am in LOVE with this royal blue! The white pieces in this ensemble are like the blank canvas and the royal blue is splattered about, in all the right places. The blazer is appropriate for both day and night. Mesh seems to be an undying trend and I love it on these booties!

Selection 3 It's all about the DETAILS! I absolutely LOVE ripped and frayed denim! These jeans are a mix of rocker chic and classy lady with the lace detailing. Wear them with the tank top during the day and throw on the blazer for those cool spring/summer nights. Notice the mix of met-als in this outfit. There is gold in the blazer and purse, the accessories and python print shoes are silver. Yet, it all flawlessly comes together and the bracelet boasts both silver and gold. HAWT!!

Selection4 This looks FUN! The graphic tee pairs extremely well with the pink biker jacket. The white peep toe pumps add a splash of white and the purse ties both colors together. I must admit that my favorite color of denim is medium wash, as dis-played here. They look stretchy and oh so comfy! Throw a pair of comfy shoes in your bag, this en-semble can easily be worn while playing in the park with the kids, and then transitioned to night with the pumps!

The Art of Feeling Good, The Power of Àse Yoga

By Dr. Robbin Alston

We know how to look good, but not how to feel good. The

Power of Àse Yoga unveils the art of feeling good. But

what is Àse? Many of us, have heard of the word

Kundalini, prana or chi, however only a few people have

heard the word Àse. Still even few of us

connect Àse with an inner power heal-

ing practice that transforms our ideas

into realities.

In our spiritual journey, we become familiar with many terms related to ener-gy or life force. For example, energy flow is expressed as “qi” or “chi” in the Chi-nese culture, “prana” in Vedantic philos-ophy, “lung” in Tibetan Buddhism, and “vital energy” in Western philosophy. However, my journey took me into set-tings, where I’d often hear this word “Ase” as a response to something some-one said. Gradually, hearing “Ase” vi-brated within me, but experiencing “Ase” awakened me.

Àse (pronounced "ah-shay"; also spelled ashe) is a

word in West Africa, which means power or "the power to

make things happen." Àse also refers to the spiritual life

force that flows through things, much like the Chinese con-

cept of chi or prana. Àse is the life force that is manifested

in what we say and what we think. Others translate Àse to

mean, “so be it”, “so it is”, “may it be so” “it Is so right now”

or “it definitely shall be so” “and so it is”. Àse can also be

used to express agreement or "I give you power". Essen-

tially, Àse is a powerful energy that exists in all things.

For me, Àse is also a personal revelation. Certain expe-

riences have a way of awakening us in unimaginable

ways. Breast cancer became that experience. Feeling

helpless, I didn’t ask any questions or put up a fuss, I

simply listened. When I did, my life didn’t simply change, it

transformed through the power of Àse.

What I heard led me to create the Àse Yoga practice,

which is a blend of the thoughts laid out in “ The Oldest

Book in the World, The Wisdom of Ptah-Hotep, and the

Kybalion, The Yoga Sutras, the Maxims of Ptah-Hotep, the

Principles of MAAT and the Bhavgavad Gita, ancestral wis-

dom and teachings, as well as personal inner revelations.

While, numerous schools of thoughts exist for enlightment,

unfortunately though the uniqueness of

our personal experiences is often ig-

nored. True, we are the same, but we’re

also different. Àse Yoga recognizes the

uniqueness in every being by offering a

highly personable, restorative and trans-

formative healing practice.

Today, our yoga practices focus so

much on the body, but ignores our past,

attitude and emotions that may block the

flow of Àse. Àse Yoga, however,

acknowledges where we came from, and

where we are. In doing so, this practice

views the potential for healing and transformation within our

past and present experiences.

To do that, the Àse Yoga practice stresses daily healthy

living practices, using our breath, meditation, personalized

poses, healthy eating, communication, lifestyle re-alignment

and relating. Àse Yoga movements encourage body aware-

ness and conscious movements to facilitate our natural flexi-

bility, stress relief, balance but most importantly energy flow.

So whatever you are dealing with—physical, mental, emo-

tional—don’t be quick to shrug it off as something connected

to what is happening now in your life. Chronic stress, unre-

leased or unresolved trauma, disappointment, feeling inferior,

being unhappy with who you are, or discontent leads to dis-

ease.

To encourage wellness, restorative movements are the

bedrock of Àse yoga. When we experience emotional chal-

lenges, we tense up. Often that tension stays within our mus-

cles for a lifetime only to be evidentially passed down to other

family members. Through Àse yoga, we learn to break the

cycle of stress, tension, and fear through restorative and re-

laxation movements.

Our gentle stretches build self-confidence and body

QUESTION:

I am torn and confused. I have been blessed to meet two amaz-ing men and think I am in love with both of them. One offers the emotional support, unconditional love, nurturing that I need and our compatability is amazing. The other man is exciting, fun, super sexy and brings me out of my shell and can provide me with the financial security that I want. I do eventually want to get married and don’t how to or if I should choose?

ANSWER BY ArlettaLIGHTSEED Channel transmitting Au’Shoka

Beloved…ah the uncertainty of love. The first question you must determine is is this indeed love that you are battling with or is it your insecurity generated unmet desires that are seeking to be met outside of yourself. Look honestly and deeply into your heart and explore the love trails of each of these men and see where they begin. Is what you are perceiving as love indeed something else entirely. I could answer that question for you but this exercise is important for you to determine the answer. Ex-ploring love trails is a valuable tool to use whenever you are seeking answers to questions of the heart. The next thing to do is to honestly evaluate how perfectly each of these men reflects you and what does that reflection tell you about yourself and most importantly about your self-love relationship. The holes and spaces will emerge for you as well as the things that are good, solid and true. It is the holes and spaces that you want to pay attention to from their reflections because herein lies your answer. These holes and spaces are the parts of yourself being neglected and sad and are the source of your confusion. And these holes and spaces are where you must fill yourself up with love and appreciation and extreme self-care because they have

been so neglected. Once you have begun to flll these holes and spaces your relationship with each of these men will shift and it will become quite clear which if either of them are your dream mate. The answers you seek will serve you best if you through these tools I have suggested find your own truths instead of me telling you directly. We want to congratulate you for being open and honest in your desire to love and we assure you that the love of your dreams is very real an will appear when you are ready to receive it. Coming This Fall

Page 10: LaMeel Magazine July /August 2013

I’m not sure what the perfect diet is for long term sustainability. I’m still learning. About 7 years ago I made the decision to change my entire lifestyle which was a better approach I felt to changing the way I ate and maintained my health.

Changing my lifestyle has tapped me into different subcul-tures. There’s the subculture of vegetarianism which is vastly differently from veganism and really different from a Raw foodist, and worlds apart from Paleo’s or those do-ing symptometry, but what they all have in common is the feeling that their way is the best way.

Personally, I’m not for sure on anything yet. What I do know for sure is that we are living in a very unique period of time. Nothing that is happening NOW has ever hap-pened in the past on this level so it is going to take a lot of work for all of us to figure out what is best for our well-ness and sustainability and that may not be the same an-swer for everyone so its good to have options.

Since the story is still be written, I cannot claim to be the expert on what should be done for life but what I do know is how to hit the ultimate reset button for our bodies and wellness and where you go from there is your own unique journey.

The ultimate reset button is called Raw food. Through my travels and meeting all these different people with differ-ent diets, none seems to be as highlighted for its healing benefits such as eating an all Raw food vegan diet. Some people have decided to eat that way for long term and others dip into that space when they need some serious healing or detoxing.

So what is Raw? Raw is eating all food in its natural state, no cooking over 118 degrees, and of course no animal products, although some Raw foodists do eat unpasteur-ized raw cheese or eggs from a local farmer when possi-ble.

Raw foods is eating as close to earth as possible. Its align-ing with source and eating sunshine and happy vibes. It eliminates all processed foods, preservatives, and addi-tives. Its giving the body an abundance of high vitality foods where as many of the healing enzymes are in tact as possible.

Why is it so healing? Because its keeping it simple. Some-

times life can get really compli-cated and for most people, when life gets complicated so do our food choices. When stress levels

rise a good transfer of the energy can be in something sweet, greasy, or comforting. But eating like that adds to the stress cycle so when you eat low vibrational foods then your overall energy and view on life will be from a low vibrational stand point.

There’s a sense of happiness and ease that embodies the spir-its of people eating mostly all raw foods. They seem light and easy. It’s because their food is light and easy. Its connecting you with the vibration of earth, helps you to stay in tune with nature and eat more foods that are in season, it has you out spending your free time at farmers markets versus bars. You find the joy in the bloom of flowers and bee’s buzzing around keeping the pollen circulating. Life suddenly becomes less complicated and more grounded.

Maintaining stress levels is also essential to wellness and eating raw definitely helps that goal become very obtainable. Nature is perfect in that it already has everything we need to be bal-anced, its all just about discovering it and uncovering the herb or plant that you need to help you.

If going completely raw is something that you aren’t ready to embark on at this time, no worries, you can still benefit greatly from adding more raw plants and herbs into your diet. It’s the very reason why many choose to drink orange juice when struck with a cold or drink ginger to settle an upset stomach. Now instead of those being reactive steps taken, you could be more preventative in which you eat more raw everyday, drink more fresh pressed juices daily, and have a cup of herbal tea at least once a day too.

Wherever you are with your eating habits, just be happy. En-joy life. Also stay realistic and observant. If something is wrong with you in the essences that maintaining your balance seems challenged, connect with your body and ask it what it needs, it will tell you and then its up to you to do the work to get it done. You and your body deserve wellness.

If you want to do more raw with a purpose and need help with guidance I’d love to assist you on your journey. I’ve been play-ing with the delights of nature for a long time now and have

People who are focused on sustainability have often long since taken on the big-gest bits of their carbon footprint and are looking for more. Buy a Prius and store it in the garage more, bike as often as possible, switch light bulbs to more energy efficient one, these are some of the most famous tips short of making a green energy switch like putting solar panels on your roof. But there are other areas that many people often to fail to consider in their green efforts, including the computers and phones they use nearly every day. There are many ways, though, to improve your use of technology.

Smartphone help As smartphones rise in prominence and people spend their days checking their emails and often recharging their phones multiple times, it has be-come clear that there is a growing need for a green movement in smart phones. One Dutch start-up, Fairphone, has kept this in mind while cre-ating its new phone, which it calls a "seriously cool smartphone that puts social values first." It has all the amazing specs of today's powerful phones - it runs the latest Android operating system, has a 960 x 540-pixel resolution screen and 16 GB of storage. Yet it is made from tin that was not mined in war-torn areas, is manufactured by workers receiving fair wages, and helps buyers to properly dispose of their old phones in environmentally-friendly ways. With many more green phones on the way, it is only the start of a great renewable energy phone trend.

But some users do not wish to purchase a new phone just yet, and in many ways this is the greenest thing you can do. To minimize energy used in manufacturing phones is a good decision, and discarding an old phone would simply create yet more waste. There are many things that you can do to prolong a current phone's life.

Don't get an easily breakable phone. No matter how sleek it looks, a phone that is cracked will always tempt a user to replace it. Glass backed phones look great in your hand, but when the back shatters after being dropped once, it may not endure much longer, according to GigaOM.

In addition, do not use omnibody phones. If batteries are not easily re-placeable, the phone has a much shorter average lifespan for users. Again, omnibody phones often "look" better, but what it gains in looks it loses in longevity. With the foremost goal being a lack of replacements, omnibody can ruin any phone user's green efforts.

Saving with your computer There are many ways to save with computers these days, too. For one, use a laptop. Laptops take less power than desktops because they have fewer components, according to an article at BeforeItsNews.com. No less, whether desktop or laptop, many users elect to leave their comput-ers on non-stop for the convenience of not having to wait as it turns on. It saves energy simply to turn off the computer when not in use. Even unplugging desktops for fear they may be "phantom loads" when in standby may be a better electricity choice.

Once again, the best tip is to maintain a current computer for as long as possible to create less waste, but if you do not need a new computer, there are many green options out there. Environ-mentally sound hard drives often go slower than regular ones, but they use less power to do their work. Exercise a bit of patience and go for these, and in the long term you'll save money for your-

self and waste for the environment.

Tips to Green Up Your Computing

learned good ways of going about it. I have lots to share.

Creating A Lifetime Pleasure Practice

by Devi Ward

Meditation~ I found it more rewarding to do the mediation after the movement, as my juices were already flowing and I was super alert (and sweaty!)

I suggest a minimum of 3 days, max 7 days. Depends on your inclination & propensity. As with all things in life, but mediation especially, the results are cumulative, meaning each session of practice builds upon the last. What’s most important in my opinion in keeping consistency with your practice.

Self-Connection~ Should always feel like liquid gold in your soul in my opinion. If the frame work of the Pleasure Journal questions didn’t work for you, create one that does. I found that if I missed more than a day of my pleasure journal entry, I felt sad, and as if I was missing out on captur-ing the magic of each passing day. Since we will never reclaim the days that have passed, I enjoy taking the time to honor each day as unique and precious. I suggest again, minimum 3 days, and as much as everyday.

Self-Stimulation/Self-Pleasure~ Here there is a fine line, because if it feels like a chore, then it kinda defeats the purpose. At the same time, I feel it is of the utmost importance to be cultivating our sexual-selves in this way on an ongoing basis.

For some this is not a problem, for others, it can be difficult to find the time to “fit it in”.

I personally like to make it a more sensual event for myself by taking a nice, long, hot, good smelling, music enhanced bath. Then I am all warm and relaxed. Then I have set a very sensuous internal atmosphere for my self-pleasuring.

I also don’t usually time it. I just know that tonight I am going to spend some time meeting my needs for sensuality in this way, and I just flow with my pleasure and see what feels right. Sometimes I am curious, and want to explore different areas of orgasm, or explore more with ejacula-tion.

I think playful curiosity is probably the most important attitude to have when it comes to our sexual growth and exploration.

The frequency~ as many as 3 times per week, as few as once every 10 days.

And I suggest making a date. Call it your sexual yoga date with yourself.

The Yoga of Pleasure.

If you participated in the 21 Day Pleasure Program and would be willing to

share your experiences in the book “Shake Your Soul Song”, please email

awareness as they warm up the body from the

soles of the feet to the top of the head. Our

movements are about appreciating our body

and realigning our body to unfold a sense of

completion and wholeness. Rather than feeling

you can’t practice yoga because of what you’ve

seen, in magazines, you leave realizing the

power in Àse yoga. Continued on page 13

The Art of Feeling Good, The Power of Àse Yoga

By Dr. Robbin Alston

As well, many studies show that breathing cor-

rectly reduces stress, calms the nervous sys-

tem and restore health. Breathing deeply, and

exhaling completely, relaxes the mind relaxes,

delivers more oxygen to the bloodstream, and

the helps our immune system fight infection.

Our breath is the DNA of our experiences.

In The Tao of Natural Breathing: For Health,

Well-Being, and Inner Growth, Dennis Lewis

writes “It is through being ‘mindful’ of these pat-

terns that we will begin to sense and feel the

various psychophysical forces acting on our

breath form both the past and present.”

In my life, I mirrored a shallow breathing

pattern, which is unhealthy. For instance my

breathing pattern with its short inhalation and

brief exhalations revealed nervousness, fear

and stress. We seldom think about our breath.

However, the quality of our breath responds to

thoughts and feeling. Thus, in the Àse yoga,

breath is not as an afterthought but the heart of

the practice.

Along with the restorative postures, breath-

ing; relating as a practice is a unique aspect of

Àse yoga. Simply, relating is not talking; it is

communicating. It is not love, but loving. It is

not trying, but doing. It is not wishing, but actu-

alizing and its not expecting but accepting. In

relating, you remove the mask, let down your

guard, become comfortable with yourself and

feel good. Invest in yourself. Experience Àse

yoga.

The other day I was in the bookstore and saw a copy of Redbook a womens lifestyle magazine. On the cover I it read “Be the best lover he has ever had!” I thought shoot I need to get this for a couple people. So I bought it, when I got home I checked it out and I had to say, COME ON SON.

I am not knocking the magazines, maybe they are trying their best but it really seems like they are republishing the same stuff over and over. It is all tips and tricks and magical applications but really anything that is going to teach someone to be better has to have a grounding in self discovery. It’s the difference between catching a fish for someone and teaching them HOW to fish. Everyone knows what works for one person might not work at all for another so you need to learn to find a good starting point and Sherlock (investigate) using your intuition and observation skills.

I wonder if people see my work with Stroke Skills and look at it as tricks. I suppose its simple to look at the videos of different hip movements and rhythms and copy but don’t get it twisted. All of these things are built upon a groundwork, a framework of systematic knowledge. The idea is to get people to work up to that point not to have folks say “I'm gonna try that tonight” because its not going to come off right unless you know the “lay of the land”. Its the same as Sun Tsu’s way of saying 'know the environment' in which you operate.

On that note I decided to practice what I preach and give something that folks that are unwilling to take the online courses can build from.

Being good in bed as both a man an a woman is centered around pressure. Yes, excellent lovers and plumbers have a lot in common. Sure, there is lube, nuts, and squirting of course but the real commonality is in the understanding of pressure.

Ladies, your chocha can apply pressure in two ways.

1. It is a muscle and can contract and pulsate applying pressure

to your mans pinga

2. Your chocha is at center mass meaning its at a key position

to apply your body weight to it.

For ladies your good loving is going to come from don’t think it all about putting it, sit on the top side or under carriage of its length and kegal and or apply body weight and move your hips on some afro-diasporic mojo de movemento. Pay attention to what makes him keel back ( Pull away), that’s a finishing move, pay attention to what causes him to want to dive ( push it in) that is where you want him, wanting more, this will allow him to have multiple orgasms if he has been practicing his skills and then you know how to finish him off once you guys start getting hungry send him to the store hell be back for more.

Fellas, your pinga is an expandable cylinder you can use it in 2 general ways

1. You can squeeze your pc muscles and make it pulsate ( do

this if your on a spot)

2. You can dive with added body weight pressure toward a

wall (where all her sensors are)

For us guys its all about working the 360 degrees in the firt 1-2 inches hard body. Use your body weight to apply pressure on all the compass points and work each one vigerously. This is good for you because staying shallow will help you build your dexterity against the feel good sensations and last long, and it will get all her spots engorged so when you do dive back a lil further you can tap each of those and watch the fireworks.

The Zenity courses : Stroke Skills and So Tight Fitness both are built off of this foundation. We start you out with some basics to get your mind engaged in the matrix then we plug you in with all kinds of sexual martial arts so that you can chop it down with some karate or throw it around with some judo. Our intention is to make you so versatile that you can serve it just how they like it from day to day tonight maybe its Jamaican and tomorrow some Brazilian chuhascaria maybe Thursday gonna walk it like an Egyptian. In any event the only way any of us can be our best for our lovers is to Practice and be open, accepting and joyously investigative of change.

So there is your rod, line and bait….Go Fish.

The Wheaton Ice Skating Academy or also know as WISA is a non-profit organization that helps mold young children into high competitive skaters. Most of these dedicated young skaters start skating with WISA between the ages of 3 and 6 and even at that age are willing to pay the high price to become com-petitive skater. Why you ask? It’s the coaches!

The coaches Alexei Kiliakov, Elena Novak, Dmytri Ilin, Ramil Sarkulov and Adam Munday dedicate their time and a geat deal of their lives to train 15 teams and 17 other skaters. They currently train children ages 3 years old to 18 years old. These young skaters train with the coaches 6 days a week for a minimum of 3 hours a day. There training involves, off-ice training, on- ice training, bal-let classes, lifting classes, and much more! Quite an undertaking and commitment for young people. How-ever, these young skaters have great love and passion for their sport which can be seen in their perfor-mances. Currently, the students of WISA skate at the Wheaton Ice Arena and Rockville Ice Arena, which are in Montgomery County Maryland.

A lot of local skating teams not only have to compete against each, they also have to train together which can be challenging. However, thanks to WISA and their coaches, providing such high quality training their group of skaters are one big family that have learned to help each other when someone is in need and spend time together even when they are not training. The academy is more than just a training and winning ground for these skaters, for them it has become a home, an extension of family Currently, WISA accepts donations , you can make your donation here http://wisa.us/donate.html If you would like volunteer you can contact them at
