This commitment to excellence is reflected in our success with Local Authorities in proposing viable, acceptable and deliverable projects for landowners. We develop a diverse portfolio of high quality private and commercial projects for private and public sector clients that include refurbishments as well as new builds. It’s just one of the reasons we’re consistently recognised in industry awards.
Our core design embraces both the traditional and modern to consider the way people want to live in their homes today. Criteria for site acquisitionWhatever the project, wherever it is in the country we’re here to make it happen. Our success story is built upon sturdy relationships, the foundations of which create viable, deliverable, sustainable and sought-after environments where people can grow.
Our site requirement starts at 1 acre and there is no upper size limit. We are interested in both greenfield and brownfield sites, and will consider land with or without planning permission.
We are looking for medium to long term strategic sites that can encompass a range of projects such as conversions, newbuild and commercial, mixed use and strategic land releases.
We are flexible in our approach and are willing to structure our proposals to accommodate the varying needs of individual landowners.
