SHOW RULES 1. Exhibits must be staged by 11 a.m. on the day of the Show. The Hall will be open to

exhibitors and their assistants only from 8:45a.m. until 11.00 a.m. Judging will take place from 12 noon to 2.00 p.m.

2. All vases and other receptacles are to be provided by the exhibitor 3. All exhibits, personal property, etc., shall be at the risk of the exhibitors and the

committee shall not be liable for compensation for loss or damage from any cause whatsoever.

4. All exhibits in Classes 1 to 74 must be the property of the exhibitors and must have been

in his or her possession for at least two months. All produce entered must be home produced or home grown

5. Exhibitors may make only one entry per class. Two or more persons may not compete

separately in the same class with produce from the same garden or greenhouse. Exhibits must be entered in joint names.

6. It is the exhibitors’ responsibility to ensure that their exhibits are correctly labeled and entered in the appropriate class. 7. After staging no exhibit or part thereof may be altered or removed until 5.00 p.m. on the day of the Show 8. The decision of the judges shall be final on the relative merits of the exhibits but the

Committee reserves to the referees and to itself the decision on any other points in dispute. Any prize may be withheld or modified if the exhibits are considered unworthy of the prize offered.

9. Prize Money will be paid at 5.00 p.m. on the day of the Show. Please do not remove prize

cards. 10. All entries will be awarded points: 10 for First, 8 for Second, 6 for Third and 2 for Highly

Commended. The Peter Morgan Challenge Cup will be awarded to the overall lady winner, the JJ Cup to the overall gentleman winner and the Cradley Village Hall Cup to the overall family winner ( A family shall consist of: at least 2 adults and one Junior exhibitor competing as individuals in the show).

11. The decision of the Committee shall be final regarding the eligibility of exhibitors and the

refusal to accept any entry.

An Auction of exhibits will be held in the Hall from 5.l5 p.m. If you do NOT wish your entry/entries to be auctioned please mark your

label with an X
