How to Create a New Lead

Click on leads

Click on New Lead

Fill out information

Put lead in a group

How to Accept or Reject a Lead

Hover over your name and choose My Preferences

Choose Your Areas

If city is in your area or not specified, accept the lead!

Click on “Edit Lead”

Click on drop down and select status

How to Set Up Email Signatures

Hover over your name and choose My Preferences

Scroll down to signature block and fill in

Click on insert image

Click on the camera

From here you can upload images to insert in your email

Click on Auto-Responder

Create emailMake sure “Active” and “HTML” are marked “Yes”Save Changes

Click “Notifications”

Pick the notification settings that you want and click “Save Changes”
