WHAT WE BELIEVE
Good quality care should be accessible for everyone.
Early Intervention Care (3 -9 years) is the best time , to help autistic children manage their behavior.
When their behavior is settled. They can learn, improve their social communication, have eyes contact and can express what they want.
It is necessary for these children to assimilate into mainstream primary schools.
Some of the children with ASD also have talents such as good in mathematics or art and craft. They can use it to develop skills that enable them to participate in society.
Children with ASD cannot consume a lot of sugarbecause they will react to sweet differently than typicallydeveloping children. Anything that we put into our bodiesmay effect on how we feel. For example, they will behyperactive, low concentration, and tends to tantrums.
We give new hope for autistic children.
LACC give opportunity to the lower income households send their child to specialized care.
As we know, the specialized care very expensive and the amount will be more than RM 6000.
LACC just offer the fees 10 times cheaper than other organization in Malaysia.
Langkawi Autism Care Centre, is non - profit organization that depends on generosity of organization and individual to support autism community.
We also offer lifespan services to them through various services and programmers such as acquisition of skills and changes in behavior.

Why We Need Donation
The actual program fees in Langkawi Autism Care Centre is RM2400(FULL DAY session) & RM1500 (HALF DAY session). However, theparents only must pay RM650 (FULL DAY) & RM400 (HALF DAY) thisis a reasonable price for Langkawi Citizen to pay.
Furthermore, we need to find a sponsorship to bear the rest of the feefor each student.
Currently, LACC have 22 students and amount of the fees cannotaccommodate the costing.
We also run the online sales to cover the expenses, however it is stillunsuccessful.
On the other hand, we are looking for an organization and companyto adopt us.
We will be honored if any organization would like to work with us.

Feedback From Parents
We husband and wife been grateful that theLangkawi Autisme Centre are now officially opened. There has been many positive changes in Adibah’sskill and behavior. For example, after joint LACC inearly February, there has been a lot improvementsuch as her vocabulary already been improve 50%words. We can see that she’s now able to understandthe commands given and her social level alsoincreased by making more friend and being moreoutgoing person. On then that, her memory capacityalso been much better cause when teachers tookpicture of their activity and post it on social media.
Then get to show her pictures and seeing thereactions on her face was enjoying saying that “oh Iremember that” with a big smile. As a parent wewere enjoyed and was never regretted the first thatwe sent her to LACC. Finally, we would like to saythat as parent of an autism child, we reallyappreciated that the centre was opened since theprimary school was kind rejecting the fact that shean autism. So, this has helps many parents withautism children to give their proper education andcare needed for them. A big thanks to LACC staffs.
First of all, I would like to say thank you toall LACC teachers. This is because sinceSufyan joined LACC he has manyimprovement . He also can understand theinstruction given. For example, he canswitch on the light and take things. He alsoindependent in self care such as going tothe toilet, taking bath and eating. This isbecause before he joined LACC he cannotgo to toilet independently. Besides that, hecan eat variety of food and his sensoryproblems also much better. Moreover, hiswriting skills already improve and he alsocan read the sentence. This isimprovement really impressive.
As a parents, I always wanted the best for my special needs children. So I am putting highly trusted to LACC, l’ve noticed he has made a lot of progressive. Before he went to Centre, he has no friends except his sister, but in here, he can mingle and befriends with other children. He also get used to his basis day routine. He also now shows interest and take part in activities given by his teacher. He also ables to add his vocabulary day by day. He can pronounces word that he knows clearly and the suitable action for that phrase. Besides that, I noticed that he is now ables to listen, respond, accept and follow simple order and instruction. Plus , he manages to sit quietly doing activities more than 10 minutes. He becomes a bit responsible to his own things, as he will make sure to put his shoes and school bag properly when he reached home. His eye contact shows improvement, as he sometimes look at one’s eye when he wants. This all above Hud’s positive progression I believe because of LACC teacher’s guidance, passion, sweet, effort, hard work and sacrifice as they never giving up hope to the childrens. Wishing LACC always successful to strive for excellent in future. Thank you LACC team. We’re all behind you.
