Step 1: Cut a stripe of fabric measuring 2”X44”. In one quarter of a yard of fabric (9”X44”) you could make 4 Lanyards!
Step 2: Iron the fabric in half, then open the fold and iron the raw edges toward the center crease. (It looks a little like bias tape.)
Materials: Fabric measuring 2”X 44” and one 1.5” swivel hook.

Step 3: Sew a 1/4” seam allowance along the open side of the lanyard.
Step 4: Attach the 1.5” swivel hook. Pin the two raw edges together, make sure the lanyard is not twisted. Sew across the raw edges several times.

Step 5: Cut approximately 1/8” from the seam, as close as you can without taking any stitching out. Flip the Lanyard!
Step 6: Sew as close to the swivel hook as possible to secure the hook in place.
