Laptop Battery Issue – Plugged In But Not Charging
• If, laptop battery is satisfactory.
• Power cable is working.
• Laptop plugged in but not charging?
• Follow the recommended procedure.
Disconnect AC
• First, you need to disconnect AC
Shutdown
• Now, shutdown your system
Remove Battery
• Remove battery from the laptop
Connect AC
• Connect AC to the system
Startup
• Startup your Windows 7
Uninstall “ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery”
• Launch Device Manager
• Navigate to the Battery
• Click on the arrow
• Right click on Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery
• Select Uninstall
Disconnect AC
• Disconnect AC
Shutdown Windows
• Now, shutdown your operating system once again
Insert Battery
• When you are done, now insert Battery
Connect AC
• Now connect AC
Startup Windows
• Startup your operating system once again
