TERMS & CONDITIONSPAYMENT TERMS: Open accounts are based on the acceptance and approval of a Largo Industries Credit Application, Bank Authorization and Certificate of Resale. Prior to credit approval, orders will be accepted using one of the following: Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. ALL credit card information must be provided at the time the order is placed. Credit Card payments will NOT be accepted as payment for a monthly statement. Orders will be accepted on a COD Basis with payment options of Money Order, Certified Check, Bank Draft or Bank Transfer.
APPROVED CREDIT TERMS: Upon approval of Largo Credit Application the following terms apply. Pricing in this Price Book are Net 30 days for all customers with credit approval. Prices are Invoiced at plus 5% and the 5% deducted if paid within terms. All orders are invoiced the day of shipment. PAST DUE INVOICES: Invoices not paid within terms lose the additional discount shown on the Invoice. After 30 days, the Invoice is considered Past Due. Accounts with invoices 60 days or older will be placed on Credit Hold and finance charges of 1.5% per month will be applied. No shipment will be made until payment of past due invoices has been received. Frequent delinquency will result in suspension of open credit terms.
CUSTOM BUILT EQUIPMENT: Special Orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order.
RETURNED CHECKS: All returned checks will be charged a $50.00 return check fee. Your account will be changed to cash, COD or credit card only.
MINIMUM ORDERS: There is no minimum order. All orders under $25.00 may have a small handling charge of $3.00 applied.
MOTOR CARRIER FREIGHT POLICY: All shipments are FOB our dock. Largo Industries will ship the carrier of choice unless you specify a preference of carrier when an order is placed. All orders are shipped Freight Collect unless other terms are agreed upon. Any cost incurred by Largo for special packaging, residential delivery, lift gate service, appointments, re-directs and COD’s will be charged to the dealer/distributor, including any truckline handling fees. These fees can be very expensive and should be avoided. DAMAGED FREIGHT: Largo properly packages its products to arrive at your location undamaged with normal handling by shipping agents. Motor Carriers receive our products in good condition and you expect to receive it in the same condition. Largo will not assume responsibility or liability for product damage by the motor carrier. Claims for damaged goods are the responsibility of the consignee, (dealers/distributors) and must be filed directly with the freight carrier. Choose your freight carrier carefully and ask if damage insurance is required.
BACK ORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDERS: Customers will be notified when a back order or special order product has been received, to give you an opportunity to add to the order and save freight. Freight will be charged on all back orders.
RETURNED GOODS OR WARRANTY ITEMS: Any product being returned must be accompanied by a RGA# (returned goods authorization number). This number can be obtained from our customer service department. Issuance of this number is at the sole discretion of the customer service representative in accordance with our return and warranty policies. Any returned item received without an appropriate RGA# will be refused and returned to sender at the senders expense. Issuance of RGA# does not guarantee warranty items will be replaced or credit issued. All warranty items have to be approved after inspection and the customer will be notified of results. Refer to our Limited Warranty.
