Adjacent to a thriving neighborhood hotspot, Alexander park is an overgrown half-block lot calling out to be developed.

PursuingPursuing the goal of enhancing the quality of life of locals while generating profit for the city, this project’s concept revolves around green space.

TTo attract customers, offices and retail spaces are located along the heavily trafficked alexander St. New residential units are located near the existing neighborhood on the eastern border of the site.

TheThe central green is divided into multiple sections, experienced in a precession. The first is a perennial garden to bring bees into the site with lively colored flowers. The next section is a stepped deck featuring tabletop games, mobile venders, and childrenschildrens play areas. The final area revealed is a lawn for running, picnicing, and leisure.
