Organizational use of social media
- ‘[…] there has been a sea change in the last three months, as Twitter, in particular, takes the corporate world by storm’

- There is a need to examine the uses of social media services in different professional contexts
(Zhang et al., 2010: 131; Zhao and Rosson, 2009: 243)
Summing up…
- While SJ is on Twitter, it does not appear to adhere to a ”2.0 mentality”
- SJ follows office hours – even if their trains do not
- SJ did not appear to change their approach to Twitter use during the snow chaos
- Expectations of the passengers?
- Expectations / Routines of SJ?
