we ask that treatments are secured with acredit or debit card when booking. If an

appointment is cancelled 24 hours or moreprior to treatment, no charge will be incurred.

Treatments cancelled 12 hours prior totreatment will incur a 50% charge and

cancellations less than 12 hours before will becharged fully. Your card will only be charged if

insufficient notice is given.
