Nell’ottobre del 2001 si inagura un piccolo carcere ... anzi una Casa Circondariale una struttura pensata per la custodia attenuata che può ospitare circa 50 detenuti / In October 2001 a small jail, or better, a district prison was inaugurated; a building thought for the attenuated detention of 50 inmates

Tra carcere e territorio si instaura subito un legame forte e solidale / Prison and land...a strong, supportive link... e presto il carcere diventa un pezzo della città / The jail thought like a part of the city

più di 100 gli incontri Laboratoriali realizzati nelle carceri da settembre 2013 a maggio 2015 ... incentrati sulle produzioni di eccellenze agroalimentari locali, sull'educazione alimentare, sulla narrazione di ricette, sul disegno creativo e l’agricoltura sostenibile.I Laboratori del Gusto il tema più trattato nelle carceri che ha coinvolto circa 350 detenuti

Le linee guida dei laboratori sul cibo hanno sviluppato fondalmente le tematiche di Slow Food per un cibo più buono, pulito e giusto per tutti ... inclusi i detenuti.

Le principali tipologie laboratoriali:

Finalità:• Sperimentare e condividere nuovi modelli educativi • Mettere in sinergia tutti coloro che operano all’interno degli istituti penitenziari• Scambiare le buone pratiche che si realizzano negli istituti penali sul cibo• Favorire il riconoscimento dell’apprendimento formale e informale • Promuovere il reinserimento sociale e lavorativo • Valorizzare nuove relazioni di prossimità interno / esterno • Ripartire dal cibo per rimettere in moto una nuova progettualità di vita

• Riscoprire il cibo quale strumento di cura e amore per sé stesso, ma anche dei legami familiari e amicali

per un’altra idea di carcere
