Dear Families, Tonight is a very special night for the school as we have our Annual School Concert. We are looking forward to seeing all our families tonight to enjoy the show that your children have worked extremely hard at putting together. Students need to make their way to their classrooms by 5.15pm for a 5.30pm start. Friday next week we have a special day where students will be able to wear their favourite team’s jersey to school. This day has been organised by our Student Leadership Group to raise more awareness about organ donation. We also have WOW week to look forward to in Week 10. Remember that if you didn’t pay for this through your Book Pack at the beginning of the year there is a $12 cost for the week full of action packed fun and activities. It has been great to see families taking care out the front of the school in both the mornings and afternoons, respecting the Kiss and Go signs by making space for everyone. Finally the Fathers’ Day Stall will be available for viewing on Wednesday and Thursday, with gifts to be purchased on Friday next week. We will also have our Family BBQ on Friday morning from 7.30am. We look forward to seeing as many dads as we can. Kind Regards, Miranda Watt Principal

Kiss and Go Zone A friendly reminder that the Kiss and Go area at the front of the school has parking restrictions that apply during drop off and pick up times. If you need to park your car to meet your child in the school grounds it would be gratefully appreciated if you could park in one of the car parks available within the school. Otherwise please remember that the Kiss and Go area is a 2 minute limit to allow everyone to use the area safely.

National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health
Survey
What's your health story?
Tell us by taking part in the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Is-
lander Health Survey (NATSIHS) - Interviewers from the Australian
Bureau of Statistics (ABS) are now knocking on doors in your area, so
make your story heard!
The NATSIHS collects information about the health status of Aboriginal
and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We will ask you a range of questions
face-to-face about your health and lifestyle, such as:
• visits to doctors, nurses or Aboriginal health workers
• health conditions
• medications
• smoking
• exercise
• what you eat and drink
You will have the opportunity to take part in a voluntary hearing test
and have some physical measurements taken, if you agree (height, weight,
waist and blood pressure).
For general enquiries, visit the ABS website at www.abs.gov.au/surveyinfo
