6 CAPPUCCINOS PER MINUTEThe Lattiz® machine has a compact, robust design that doesn’t draw too much attention to itself. Making it ideally suited to your foodservice space. And talking of space, this machine takes up very little room. It accommodates both cups and jugs. But even more important to you than the design, of course, is the performance.

We’ve developed a machine that delivers constant barista-quality milk froth with the simple touch of a button. Whether it’s being operated by a real barista or your latest Saturday help. With a speed of 6 cappuccinos per minute, the machine can also cope with even the busiest periods. Plus there’s none of that hassle with cleaning.

LATTIZThe product

140 CAPPUCCINOS FROM 1 PACKSimply place the specially-developed bag-in-box in the machine. This contains 4 litres of milk product with optimal levels of protein and fat for an outstanding taste and consistent barista-quality milk froth.

The machine has been designed for professionals. There’s no cleaning required: all elements that come in contact with milk you simply throw away in one go once the bag-in-box is empty.

A bag-in-box contains 140 servings — the equivalent of 17.5 litres of ordinary milk. And it can be kept in the machine uncooled for 7 days.

It’s also been a key focus for us while developing Lattiz®. The machine is efficient enough to earn an A++ energy label. In addition, you only need one bag-in-box for every 140 servings, as against 17.5 litre car-tons. That means less waste, but also less transportation for delivery and thus fewer harmful emissions. And thanks to this unique system, it’s also no longer necessary to clean the appliance - and that saves a lot on cleaning agents and water.
