Launch Pad Diving Board Safety Information SAFETY WARNING
UNSAFE USE OF THE LAUNCH PAD DIVING BOARD CAN RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY OR
DEATH. To reduce the risk of injury or death you must read and follow all instructions and warnings in this manual and on the diving board. Do not use this product unless you
understand this Manual and accept the risks of injury or death.
Fully read your owner’s manual before installing and using the product. • Only use the Launch Pad Diving board in 15 feet of water depth (minimum) and free of obstructions before jumping.
• Check the water you intend to dive in for debris or obstructions before using the Launch Pad Diving Board.
• Continually check the depth of the water for proper depth during use.
• Make sure that everyone using the diving board is familiar with these instructions before they use the Launch Pad Diving Board.
• Make sure that the Launch Pad Diving Board has been installed per the owner’s manual .
• The first time you jump off the diving board at a new location always jump in feet first.
• Avoid any other swimmers, or objects in or under the water.
• Make sure that any child or any non-swimmers are supervised at all times and wearing a USCG approved life vest.
• Jump from the Diving Board platform only.
• Jump forward only, not to the side of the board platform.
• Inspect your Launch Pad Diving Board thoroughly before each of use.
• Do not use the Launch Pad Diving Board if it is damaged or broken.
• Use only under adult supervision.
• Do not use the Launch Pad diving Board if you are under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
• Don’t use the Launch Pad Diving Board in less than 15 feet of water! Diving into shallow water produces serious risk of broken bones, cuts, nerve damage, spinal cord injury, brain injury or death. • Don’t use the Launch Pad Diving Board in low light conditions.
• Never use the Launch Pad Diving Board in rough surface water conditions, during storms, high winds or when there is lightning. • Don’t use the Launch Pad Diving Board while the boat is in motion.
• Do not attempt to dive from the Launch Pad Diving Board into or through objects or toys in the water.
• Always have another responsible person with you when using the Launch Pad Diving Board.
• Only one person at a time should be on the Launch Pad Diving Board Platform or stairs at a time.
• Do not use the Launch Pad Diving Board if you weigh over 250LBS.
This Launch Pad Diving Board shall be installed only under the instructions in this manual. These installation instructions are provided by Launch Pad Diving Boards and must be followed. Launch Pad diving boards that are improperly installed can be very dangerous to the user resulting in possible serious injury. Any use other
than as outlined shall void all warranties. All users must follow all warnings provided with the Launch Pad Diving Board. Warning/Safety Labels are clearly
displayed on your Launch Pad Diving Board and are not to be removed.
Boat Mounting Requirements: 18’ Boat Minimum & 7’ Boat Width minimum. Floor ¾” Marine Grade Plywood or ¾” Solid Fiberglass. The floor must be in excellent condition with no rotting, cracking or damage. The floor should be inspected from below the boat throughout the season to insure it remains in excellent condition and has no signs of rot or cracking.
Read the entire instruction manual before beginning. Watch the Installation Video on our web site www.h2omarine.com Apply a thin film of grease to threads before installing to ease installation. Re-torque all hardware after each of the first few uses and then check
regularly. Begin by ensuring you have a protected surface to assemble the parts of the
Diving Board so they will not be damaged. The packaging bubble wrap or card board box works great, just spread out to create a protected work area. Grass and carpeted areas are additional options.
If drilling into fiberglass always drill in reverse so the fiberglass does not crack. Make sure you do not drill into tanks or cables.

Placement of your Launch Pad Diving Board is extremely important. The most stable parts of the boat are recommended for installation. APPROVED Base Position: • SIDE DOOR MOUNTING - Side Door mounting provides stability from boat movement and is free of protruding obstructions. • REAR PLATFORM / SWIM PLATFORM MOUNTING - If your boat is equipped with a platform at the stern.
• FRONT/BOW MOUNTING – Bow mounting is permitted on vessels that DO NOT have any objects protruding from the front of the vessel. NOT APPROVED Base Positions: • FRONT/BOW MOUNTING – DO NOT mount your Launch Pad Diving Board on the front of your boat if any fixture protrudes from the perimeter of the flooring surface. For example, pontoons that protrude from the front of the vessel.
Step 1 – Bolt front and rear leg sections together using M-10 bolts and supplied Allen Key
Step 2 – Put the diving board platform in place and insert both quick release pins attaching the rear of the diving board platform to the rear leg section.
Step 3 – Slide QR Knob sleeve onto QR Knob. Using the quick release knobs
attach the diving board platform to the top of the springs as shown.
Step 4 – Insert the grab handle into the grab handle sleeve on the left upper side section of the rear leg section. Insert the grab handle lock down knob and tighten.
You are now ready to install the diving board onto the boat. The best installations are done with thru bolts. In this installation we are going to show an installation using the thru bolt kit. If you are unable to thru bolt we do supply in your hardware pack 1 ½” stainless screws for deck mounting the diving
board to the deck. We recommend the use of 3M 5200 Marine adhesive or similar adhesive to add additional support. Squirt the adhesive into the holes before screwing the deck mount screws into the
deck. If there is no carpet you can add the adhesive between the floor and the mounting plate. You will need the following tools for your installation.
TOOLS
1. Drill
2. Phillips Head Drill Bit
3. 1/8” Drill Bit
4. Sharpie Marker

Insert ¼” stainless bolts Attach fender washers and lock nuts onto bolts and tighten. through plate and floor.
Set the diving board onto mounting plates. Line up the Your installation is complete! holes on the mounting plates to the plates on the diving board. Insert the eye hole bolts and tighten. 3 eye hole bolts on the front legs and 3 eye hole bolts on the rear legs
