Laurina Bragdon is a program manager and analyst with years of experience in project and program management. She has highly developed knowledge of effective program implementation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies. She is a certified professional having certifications of Information Technology Infrastructure Library, Project Management Professional, Contracting Officer's Representative and Digital Graphic Arts.

In her career, Laurina Bragdon has served as Program Analyst. She is program manager for five critical agency programs with a combined funding of $5 million. Her responsibilities include budget management, contract management, regulatory compliance, vendor relationship management, and development of key performance indicators (KPI's) for monitoring and assuring program success.
