ATTENTION ALL SCHOOL PERSONNEL! Does your school have excess new and/or used assets that are not being utilized? Would you like to trade these unused assets with other schools for items that could be of great use to your school’s current needs?
If so, you can sign up to trade and shop with the District’s new UP-TRADE BARTER EXCHANGE PROGRAM coming next Spring!
The UP-TRADE program is an easy to use District-wide online barter exchange program designed to allow the trading of new and used items. Schools earn points by loading excess assets into the Up-Trade system and use earned points to buy needed assets from the Up-Trade system.
The program is absolutely FREE to join with a minimal fee to trade and provides schools with an incentive to identify and reallocate its surplus assets and reduce costs.
Coming soon, look for more news on the rollout of the new LAUSD UP-TRADE BARTER EXCHANGE PROGRAM!
