General Tactical weapons package; GTW1 , 16hours.This course of instruction covers the Handgun and Carbine tactical rifle. This class is developed for tactical teams specifically. A cross section of the latest techniques and developments in this area are presented to you in a extremely concentrated method. Each operator will need 750-1000 rds of 9mm and 1000 rds of 223 ammo. All firing is conducted during day light hours on static ranges.

Topics to be covered; Tac reloads, speed reloads, malfunction procedures, Multiple threat engagement, hammers and controlled pairs, make ready and make safe, Failure drills, transitions and shoot-ing on the move

General Tactical weapons package; GTW2 , 24hours.The GTW1 is a required course prior to attending the GTW2. This course is a skills reinforcement course designed to push the students ability while honing and engraining weapons manipulation. This class is for tactical team personnel specifically. This course covers the Handgun and Tactical carbine rifle. Course length is 24 hours three days.

Topics to be covered; No light & low light firing, shooting on the move, tandem firing, weapon manipulation, moving targets, oblique firing while shooting on the move, gas mask firing, and disable-ment shooting.. All operators must demonstrate proper weapons manipulation and skill prior to attending this course. This course is designed to refresh and push the team to the edge of the envelope. Each operator will need 1200 of 223 ammo and 1000 9mm.

Tactical SMG 1 package; SMG1 , 24hours.The GTW1 is a required course prior to attending the SMG1. This weapon course is designed to train the operator in the proper use and manipulation of the MP-5 submachine gun. This class will qualify the operator in the proper use, deployment and manipulation of the HK MP-5 Submachinegun. Course length is 3 days, 24 hours of training.

Topics to be covered; proper maintenance, sighting, function, make ready, make safe, Tac-loading, Speed loading, malfunction procedures, Transitions, multiple threat engagement and much more. All techniques have been derived from HK International training team, USN SEAL Teams, LASD SWAT and LAPD SWAT. The operator will discharge 3000 rds of ammo during this course.

Tactical SMG 2 package; SMG2 , 24hours.The SMG1 is a required course prior to attending the SMG2. This weapon course is designed to reinforce the skills learned in the SMG1. The student will be pushed and expected to perform all pri-or skills learned during the SMG1. Course length is 3 days and 3500 rds of ammo per operator.

Topics to be covered; night firing, low light firing, no light firing, tandem firing, gas mask firing, shooting on the move and much more.

Tactical Shotgun 1 package; TS1, 24 Hours.The GTW1 is a prerequisite course to attend the TS1. This course covers the manipulation and employment of the Remington 870 shotgun in the tactical role. The operator will learn during the course of instruction the following, select loading, patterning effects, transitions , make ready and make safe procedures, ready positions, sling carry positions shooting on the move and much more. The ob-jective of this course is to indoctrinate the operator to the proper use, handling and mission of this weapon system.

General entry package 1; GEP1, 24hours.The GTW1 is a prerequisite course to attend the GEP1. This course was developed with the intention of providing a general overview of entry tactics to provide a basis for continued training. This course is designed to immerse the unit attending in the general tactics and principles of entry operations as rapidly as possible.

Topics to be covered; OODA, basic team configurations, basic individual equipment, force multiplication, flexibility and adaptability factors, cell and trailer movement, flooding on line, train meth-od, entry principles, proper extraction and post operational considerations, tactical guidelines and general safety considerations. Basic Hostage rescue operations will be introduced. Simunitions will be utilized during this course.

Covert entry package; CEP, 24 hours.The GTW1 and the GEP1 are prerequisite courses in order to attend the CEP. This course of instruction is designed to properly introduce the student population to covert and surreptitious entry op-erations and methods.

Topics to be instructed; proper equipment considerations, use of ballistic shields, pole light mirroring methods, silent deployment, safety considerations, low & no light operations , organization , hand signals and more. The objectives of this course are to prepare units to respond to situations requiring this knowledge and have a method to safely and cohesively conduct these risky operations with great confidence and skill.

Dynamic entry package; DEP, 20 hours.The GTW1 and the GEP1 are prerequisite courses in order to attend the DEP. This course of instruction is designed to immerse the student population in proper and safe Dynamic entry techniques.

Topics to be instructed; cell and trailer movement, window entries, gun ports, basic mechanical breaching (This will include the use of your Carie cable), man down drills, considerations of chemical agent use, secondary entry points & secondary assault teams, strong hold options, prisoner handling concerns in the correctional setting and low & no light operations. This is a extremely condensed course to facilitate rapid dissemination of information. The unit attending this course must be proficient with all skills previously learned. This course includes simunitions and LSDD when sites are avail-able live fire training will be conducted.

Operational planning; OP, 16hours.This course has been developed to address the mission planning procedures and guidelines during a situation. This course is designed to instill a great level of confidence and preparedness for emer-gency responses as well as a cohesive method of deploying and responding to crisis situations.

Topics to be covered; Warning orders, Operations orders, Fragmentary orders, Execution orders, Assault planning, Scouting and Intel gathering , mission planning cycle, Essential elements of informa-tion, development of Standard Operational Procedures, feasibility analysis and immediate response planning. During this course there will be command post exercises, hands on practical application and simulations.

Course objective: prepare all SERT team personnel to plan correctly during a emergency, formulate a feasible plan concept , develop courses of action and execute them.

Hostage rescue training package; HRT, 24 hours.The GTW1 ,GEP1 and the OP are prerequisite courses in order to attend this course. It is additionally recommended that students attend the DEP course prior to attending this course. Due to the nature of this course the students must have a understanding of proper operational planning and above average weapons skills. This course is designed to prepare students for the hostage rescue environment.

Topics to be covered ; Immediate room domination, immediate threat concepts, entry team configurations, special considerations, multi level simultaneous operations, primary & secondary entry points, prisoner handling, considerations of chemical agent use, engagement of active & passive resistors, setting the corridor and HUTS reports. This course includes the use of live fire, simunitions LSDD and Chemical agents.

Urban sniper course**The IMTT precision rifle course is a prerequisite course to attend this series of classes***It’s recommended that all students attending have a clear understanding of their weapons personality and possess an up to date weapons data book on their rifle.

Topics to be covered; Basic mission planning for urban operations, special equipment needed, camouflage/ disguises, basic photography / use of video cameras, proper concealment methods for weapons, urban hide selection / development & construction, wind reading in the urban environment, slope firing methods, likely mediums to engage, range cards, range estimation in the urban envi-ronment, threats on appearance, permissive / semipermissive & nonpermissive environments, simultaneous firing methods and moving threats. This course is 50 hours in length and includes live fire and dry practice drills. This course is concluded with a full mission profile exercise that lasts up to 18 hours. Firing distances are limited to 400 yards and closer.

Rural sniper courseThis course of instruction is extremely physically taxing and persons attending should be in moderate to excellent condition. The student must possess an up to date weapons data book on their weap-on and be keenly aware of it’s personality.

Topics to be covered; Basic mission planning for rural operations, map recon, basic recon considerations, range estimation, wind reading, hide selection / development & construction, stalking, move-ment, equipment considerations, basic photography / use of video cameras, observation games, basic escape and evasion tactics, basic tracking and counter tracking techniques, range cards and ex-tended distance firing out to 700 yards. This course is concluded with a full mission profile that lasts up to 16 hours. This course is 60 hours in length and last 5 - 7 days depending on customers desires.

“Green on Blue” SUICIDE BOMBER MITIGATION TACTICSThis class has been delivered under contract to US Military, US Law Enforcement and friendly foreign military forces as well as numerous others. These contracts include but not limited to foreign friend-ly nations.

General course description overview: This will prepare the group or entity for deployment to hostile areas / regions of the world where this threat is common in order to increase survivability. We focus strongly achieving learning objectives, while providing the safest training environment possible, all in order reduce injuries; loss of work time on the part of employees and the agency. This is a team event and we expect the employees to work as a team throughout the training. We routinely conduct a ”needs assessment” prior to any agreement being implemented. Course intent: prepare the individual and small team to respond, mitigate and control these types of events while increasing survivability.

Course objectives: Assemble a group of personnel from an agency and or collective of personnel representing an organization. Train them on how to identify, respond, control and mitigate this type of attack. 1. Plan for physical security/facility strategies for mitigating suicide bombers2. Develop shooting techniques for mitigating suicide bombers3. Develop defensive/offensive physical techniques for mitigating suicide bombers4. Mitigation and preparedness’ for “Green on Blue” attacks

Topics to be covered: • History of suicide bombers • Case studies and pre-incident indicators• The attack and pre-incident indicators • The mind of a suicide bomber• Motivations of suicide bomber • Suicide bombs (Improvised Explosive Devices)• Common methods of “green on blue” attacks • Profiles and indicators• Physical defensive and offensive tactics • Firearms tactics unique to mitigating suicide bombers• Scenario based training simulations • Tactical simulation drills• Tactical scenario proofing

Student target population: (pre-deployment) Military personnel, overseas contractor in hostile nations, Law Enforcement personnel in specific areas of the world.

Course instructors: All personnel have or are currently assigned to military government agencies that; responded, analyze and have participated in actual operations in the averment. These are all professional with real world firsthand experience in Mali, Central and South America, Afghanistan, Iraq and other hot spots world-wide. All personnel are either Senior Non-commissioned officers or commissioned officers with their respective military forces. Length: minimum 4 days
