Approach

ST8 Creative starts every website design and implementation process by listening and discovering. It is

important for us to know the goals and purpose of your website, your target audience, calls to action,

and the preferred “click path” that a website visitor will experience to accomplish your objectives.

After discovery, we enter into research and development phase. Our “Right Brained” office goes to

work on the creative conceptualization of what the user interface should look like and we present these

concepts to you for feedback. Based on your feedback, we iterate, polish, and adjust fire until you are

completely satisfied and your vision is realized. There is no limit to the design iterations.

In the meantime, our “Left Brained” office works on any underlying programming, database design, or

other technical requirements of the web application. We work hard to engineer the back-end so that it

works efficiently and effectively.

After the design has been frozen and the functional proof of concept has been accepted, our two offices

work together under the supervision and leadership of your assigned project manager in order to deliver

a seamlessly integrated professional website with both beauty and functionality.

Development Platform

ST8 Creative is a Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP shop. We build open source software. The actual website

itself will be built with a combination of methodologies and technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript,

PHP, MySQL, XML, Ajax, FLASH.

Payment Schedule

• Payment 1 (50%) upon contract execution

• Payment 2 (50%) upon websites final delivery

Maintenance and Technical Support

ST8 Creative has an entire division of people dedicated exclusively for website maintenance and

support.

We have a dedicated phone number and e-mail address for these activities. Technical support is

typically 12 hours per day, 6 days per week. 2 Years warranty against bugs, defects and development

issues.

ST8 Creative Process

Step 1

Discovery includes a design questionnaire intended to discover your style preferences, understand your

online marketing goals and objectives, define your target audience, grasp the scope of work, and

convey your thoughts and ideas to us.

Step 2

Engineering involves development of an architectural blueprint, site map, navigational schematic, and

details of every aspect, feature, function, and attribute of the future website.

Step 3

Project Review confirms between the client and project manager that we understand the entire scope of

work, know your vision, are aligned with that vision, and have all of the information necessary to move

forward in an effective and efficient manner.

Step 4

Design involves brainstorming and development with as many concepts as necessary followed by client

presentation, feedback, and adjustment – iterating as many times as necessary.

Step 5

Implementation is the HTML, CSS, PHP, JS, CMS, SSI, XML, FLASH and other software development

technologies and methodologies required to make the conceptual designs come alive, work, and

operate properly across the Internet.

Step 6

Quality Assurance involves testing the system, developing any required internal programs,

management systems, reporting features, assisting the client with uploading content, and delivering the

website to the client in a smooth transitional manner.

Founded in 2003, ST8 Creative Solutions employs 12 professionals including; designers, artists,

marketing specialists, and web developers. We are an award winning Graphic and Web Design Studio

skilled and experienced in online and offline branding strategies, positioning as well as web site design,

search engine optimization, paid placement, affiliate marketing, direct marketing, database marketing

and online marketing management.

Consistency - The key to strong brands is maintaining consistency. We execute comprehensive,

multilevel communications programs that are exactly on target with the identity we create. A graphic

identification program only works if it is applied consistently. Every element that is printed, painted,

molded, sewn, stamped, woven, projected, broadcast, or flown is a unit in the collective memory of your

audience. The more the elements complement one another, the stronger the memory units become.
